..hallo my friend..it is a correct photos...
but i bilieve i have hermy bangi...

Hi, could you post a pic of a suspected male flower for confirmation? The plants from your photos seem about right for 3 weeks, though maybe somewhat underfed or water stressed.

I must say that I don't know what happens to the photos I publish that come out very badly and with very low quality, they don't look the same on my mobile as they do here on icmag, the latest photos of the Bangi haze and the Panama x Bangi haze they look very bad and you can hardly see the resolution I don't know why when it looks good on my mobile, greetings

I’m at a loss with photo uploading here as well. No matter which way I upload them they look like out of focus, low resolution children’s attempts at photography. On my phone and computer they look great, but the second they hit this page, hot garbage.
I see others posting great Hi resolution pictures and have tried uploading the same way they do. Same result, hot garbage.

I also for some reason can’t see any of Dubi’s pictures attached to his sticky posts with strain descriptions. When I click on them it’s either a blank black screen with an X top right or an error message.

I’m hoping all the glitches with the new platform are eventually resolved.

Best bet to get quality pictures is to scale them to display size before uploading. That way you can choose the scaling setting that works best for that photo, and even do the scaling in many steps to maximize quality. It's a bit of work but that's why the results are better than with the automatic scaling of the forum software (but yes, hopefully it will be better with the new XenForo).

appreciate the suggestion, but that was suggested to me and tried already without success. They still come out blurry looking once uploaded.

Oh, that's strange. Especially since some photos here seem to have fine quality. :dunno: Well, lets hope for the best with the new forum software.

Saludos y felices humos.

Hello everyone, today it's time for the marijuana tasting of the big bangi haze, more productive than its little sister, long plump, compact and highly resinous buds.
when I open the bottle the first smell is of plumber's glue, pine resin, coniferous resin, varnish, acid smell, small notes of vegetables not as much as its little sister smell of onions and leek there is also a citrus smell like Green lime, there are also nuances of green tee, hashish nuances and some sweet anise and spices, there is also an acid and sweet floral smell.

When you touch the flowers with your fingers, it leaves a sweet green lime and anise plant scent on your fingers.

I proceed to chop the flowers, smell of sweet green lime citrus, smell of pine and coniferous resin, touches of sweet anise, small nuances of leek and basil vegetables, nuances of varnish, with acid touches, touches of hashish with a dangerous smell, The smell it gives off clears your nose, it gives off a sweet and sour smell alike, I must say that the smell it gives off is atypical and strange, it is not found in another commercial variety and I love that.

I taste the cigarette without combustion, citrus and anise flavor and vegetable touches of acid and wood, very noticeable in the mouth without combustion.

Now if I light the cigarette, very dense smoke, the first smell and taste is pine and pine resin, coniferous resin, hashish, and a lot of flavor of varnished wood, it is very very incense, the incense is made of wood, touches of vegetables and acid with sweet background, very dense smoke in the mouth but it does not make you cough at all, with strength you smoke it becomes more woody and sweet with nuances of acid citrus, and notes of anise plant, in the mouth it reminds of hashish due to the flavor and the dense smoke, the flavor is unique I love having a variety so different from the others in flavor and effect

In my case, the effect is immediate, powerful, 5 or 6 large puffs and you already notice the heating effect on your forehead, a little sweat and a very mental boom, you notice that everything starts to speed up, a little variety of stimulating energy and at the same time you are powerful, but at At the same time very high and distracted, highly recommended for activities, relationships with friends, private work, motivating and very productive when doing work at home, a highly recommended and very powerful variety, this season I repeat it without a doubt.

The next smoke report will be Haze x kali China, followed by killer A5 haze, and lastly the super malawi haze smoke report, Greetings and happy smokes

I recently popped 5 Bangi Haze Regs I received as freebies from the Tude back in July 2014… all 5 germed.. 4 were female. Tomorrow marks 4 weeks of 12/12 and I found a single male flower on 1 of the 4.. I’m going to revisit the thread from that era but does anybody know off the top of their head if Bangi from back then is prone to this? Thanks in advance.

hello SecondAttempt :good:what a joy bangi haze of 2014 and they all germinated, as you say they are regular seeds and in regular seeds it is normal to find male plants. I did not see any male flowers in my 2 female bangi haze, cheers and greetings

Hi ironagxos cannot see any male flower in your pics. Kindly post a clear pic and i will check it out.

SecondAttempt haven't heard any complaint on Bangi Haze being hermie for years, neither in Bangi Haze hybrid catalog strains, especially since the strain is being reproduced with just a few, very selected parental plants already for almost 7 years.

My seeds are old so that tracks.. Too bad too because the hermie is super frosty.

Hello,
I have a question dubi :
Do you think, the Bangi Haze would work outdoors in germany (lat.48)? I'm curious, cause I'm planning for upcoming season right now. I love sativas, but there are not many that get ready in time... in October it can get very wet due rainfalls and fog, so a good mold resistance is a must, also it can get cold, especially end of october/beginning of november

Hi folks :)

Here's my feedback on the Bangi Haze, unfortunately no pictures to share but you'll find plenty on this 112 pages thread :whee:

I popped 6 seeds (2021 feminized stock), got 100% germination rate and keeped the 4 best looking plants after 2-3 weeks of veg. I did one transplant, from 1 to 3 gallons pots, shortly before going to flower - using all-mix soil, which I believe was a little bit too much loaded with nitrogen (wuuups), but didn't hurt the yield.

All plants behaved similarly during grow. Bangi Haze is a tall (but tamed !) sativa cultivar, with manageable height, vigorous lateral branching and generous spear-shaped colas. Flowers were of fairly good size, resin-covered, but not very dense ; they contained an unusual quantity of small leaves, which made the trimming process an absolute pain in the ass :biglaugh:

I had some variation on the smell and, to some extend, on the taste. The most pungent plants were dominated by an absolutely distinctive, sour, strong smell of not-so-fresh onion ; the other ones came with a lighter, fresher herbal/anise/hay pleasing tone. All plants also shared a more classical earthy/hashish background, which I found to become more obvious after a few weeks in the jar, that without sacrificing any of the initial aromas. It's still early in the curing process to fairly judge the taste ; at this point, I find it to be quite aligned to the smell, with maybe some complementary almond/nut after tones on the back of the palate.

The high is great, but very different from what I was expecting :chin: such things are subjective and my previous run included some very wild sativas, so I wouldn't say it too seriously either... well, here it goes.

I don't find Bangi Haze to be energetic - at all. At first it feels like a subtle, comfortable, relaxing buzz that reminds me of Nepalese hash, but without any sleepiness in it. When developping, it becomes a more head-centered, introspective, overwhelming high which still benefices of the initial setting, but also allows great focus and concentration. However, I won't describe it as "energetic", because it's a lot too much of a comfortable feeling to get you anywhere... if you didn't plan to do so already :bigeye:

TLDR; easy-to-grow and most forgiving plant, with an original terpene profile (onion rings baybeeee) and a comfortable but powerful, head-centered, focus helping kind of high :yummy:

great reports folks. thanks for sharing. my experience with bangi, I grew it few times and made some crosses too.. is more close what El Quijote describes. it speeds me up. it depends on pheno and individual biochemistry I guess..

any anise smoke speeds me up. it has to be those terps doing it... I agree it is great for manual working, gives lot of energy.

Hi MAHA KALA :dance013:

Thanks ! I absolutely agree, there are many factors to consider when trying to assess the psychoactive profile of a strain.

One, my opinion on BH is only on 4 seeds of a single 6-pack ; two, curing is still in a early stage ; three, my own biochemistry, as you said, but also, even more simply, my own experience inevitably influence the opinion I gave above.

That makes a lot of room for subjectivity ! However, the point of a forum like this one is to share genuine experiences, even if they are not representative - and to be honest, I was a bit surprised by Bangi Haze, as I generally agree with ACE's descriptions and the ICMag community's comments when it comes to evaluating the effects of a specific seed.

But of course, I won't hesitate to post again if my opinion/perception changes in the future :bigeye:

Take care :canabis:

with the earliest flowering bangi haze with the smell of onion, leek and basil, with the first month and a half of curing I did a test and consumed bangi haze all day after 4 or 5 cigarettes I began to notice that the heart and get to give small palpitations, like when you drink a lot of coffee or black tea in a few hours, so it scared me a little and I did not abuse it again like that, now with 5 months of curing it is delicious and I find it something afetaminica or caffeinica, since I smoke these sativa strains months ago, I haven't gone back to sleep "siesta" sleep after lunch for months, but since I smoked some strains like Kush, gelato gorilla, blah, blah, blah I I fall asleep at noon without finishing the cigarette, giving the feeling that you consume some drug to sleep and I don't like those types of effects, with bangi haze it's the opposite of those effects.
