gonna use my comforest hospital bed to work out the kinks tonight, damned weather up here has gone from 40F to -9F last night and back up again today and rising into the 50s over the next 4 days, my spine is like a friggin' barometer reacting to all those changes.

Anybody with Pain needs to try this stuff for 2 months... You will be very happy with the results... I had a gnarly lower back injury from working out ... For about a year I couldnt even really workout anymore..took the Cissus for 1 month and felt half the pain just go away....one month later....I was back to normal and lifiting like crazy again... My buddy Patrick Arnold...a very talented Chemist turned me on to this stuff... bodybuilders love it.....

It repairs torn ligaments and regenrates you like Wolverine ... No bullshit

Had FCE earlier today and plenty of soreness/pain.
Time to get on the inversion table and get on some concentrates for
some relief.

I'm feelin' the pressure this week. every time I stand up to walk it feels like I'm carrying a 500 pound backpack, the compression on the nerves in my spine is awesome.......

I have learned the hard way that anywhere you break a bone or have surgery you will have arthritis set in. After 4 left leg, 2 left knee & bilateral carpal tunnel surgerys I can tell when the weather is changing. May not be able to tell ya what it's gonna do, just that it's gonna do it.

same friggin' pain, walking like I'm a 90 yr old with 4 inch baby steps if I'm getting up from this task chair; I'm not yet 60 and can't imagine how I'd feel if I were 'lucky' enough to make 70.......

I hear your many injuries and it kills every time the weather shifts. Yoga has helped with the day to day pain but those drastic weather shifts kill.

woke up w/some relief and yet sitting here in my task chair I can feel the nerves in my spine shifting, I'll be in full spasm soon enough.

I might have posted this previously but awhile ago I had some very profound relief from the pain, it was going on 2 weeks of relative comfort when I was talking to a friend on the phone and told him... "Damn Nicky, my back feels so good lately I dare not tell my doctor or lawyer about it" and then just 2 seconds later there were 3 HUGE jolts of spasm in my spine & I was back to normal pain in a heartbeat.

unpredictable crazy pain.......

I recommend increased magnesium in the diet and the military press, so your neck muscles take the load off your lungs and your ribcage area because it reduces your own arms and shoulders descending and pressing down. A lot of people if they exercised would feel increased back pain, but strengthening the muscles increases your posture and helps with all-round loading bearing. Shitty posture plus sitting for a long time = embolism rising. Scares me, that's why I don't smoke cigarettes!

I am sorry for more needless stuff, because I don't have much experience, but potassium helps?

I have had back pain strictly because I was mentally tense, and my muscles were clamping down.

When I have back pain (not often or chronic, but still it would hurt if I bent over fast...something would pop I am sure) When I can't even bend over, I just sloooooooooooowly bend over, and then come back up, and then do it a few more times and the pain doesn't occur. The synovial (sp?) fluid must be moving around. This is really why cracking joints feels GOOD but can produce inflammation in those already havin a propensity for problems.
