Sad news . I work with someone whose friend lost their house , and 3 legal and very large greenhouses in Medford area.

They are devastated. Oregon is burning as well . Their entire life saving was invested . Burnt to the ground nothing remains

I’m just gonna hope to have some decent outdoor. I know tons of crops are gone , or ruined . One reason I live in the valley . Have 80 acres in mountains but it’s definitely fire vulnerable.

Stay positive out there Folks !

Hate to hear the bad news from some. It was 115 deg plus last Saturday and the plants weren’t happy. Hoping they get back their mojo as things cool down to high 90’s. Fires all around. Fingers crossed. Good luck and stay safe.

Lots of wind in Cali today. Hope your power doesnt get shut off. Get them big plants supported !

All of mine have lots of support....but as I get ready to leave for work , I wish I had more time to throw up more.

The big tall 10ft tops are swaying in the wind . Another reason I’m aiming next year to do lot of small plants. Easier to manage and support buds during rough weather .

These winds are gonna suck for fires. Stay safe everyone

Funny we had that same windstorm in BC a couple days before. It was from a big pressure change up north. If you had northerly winds then it must have been the same system.
No out of control fires here with such a wet summer. Feel for you guys. Been there done that.

I love BC , used to go often as a kid. Lots of family there .

Beautiful, beautiful country.

My aunt lived on Vancouver island . Loved that place as a kid.

Got turned away at the border years ago for a dui. Haven’t been in over 15 years

This is another interesting plant I haven't posted a pic for a while.
Barney's farm Acapulco Gold.
It is nothing like an Acapulco Gold but it is a super interesting plant none the less. Even in veg this thing reaked of old school 80's skunk. Fairly sativa traits, maybe 70/ 30. But the real thing is the smell takes me back. It's not rks but another super potent skunk we had in BC in the 80's early 90's.
Super finicky to grow though. She's big around 9 ft and really wide with extensive branching. You can see from all the hairs that the buds are going to be big.
I really hope it tastes like it smells....

I think the whole west coast of north america is a gem. It's all fairly similar it just gets hotter and dryer as you head south.
Borders can be a bitch though.

No joke. Guy with an Mp5 pulled me out my car when I wasn’t allowed to cross .

I was heading into Vancouver to buy seeds :yay:

That was definitely some years back then. Back when BC had the goods and the rep.
It's crazy with legalization in Canada there are really no good buds coming out of BC in the legal world. Just lots of brown swag out of Ontario that is in worst shape than bulk mexican used to be back in the late 70's early 80's. And that stuff was pressed into bricks.

GreatOutdoors - your far from hurting my feelings, i left them at the door before i entered this site. I was merely asking if a picture could be included since the "ontario brown swag" was a pretty vague description of it either being government grown or black market if i do say so my self.... And i could care less if it was from any of the provinces or from some illict grow. I grow my own medicine and have been for years. I don't remember the last time i've had to pay for weed.... And to that have a great day sir!
