just put my dried out Blue Headband cross x Blue HB cross Frozen Hermie seeds in the freezer.

will give them a day or 2 of freeze, then sprout some. :woohoo:

for 2020 outdoor. will have to watch them with an eagle eye during flowering so i guess i shouldn't plant too many.

Hey RED!

It's great to hear they survived a couple of days in 2-5C! What do you mean with pots upside down though? I am not using pots at all personally, just planting at the spot in 20L soil filled holes :)

I have perlite in the soil mix already (should have added more though, oh well). Moist earth should help with heat retention actually, I read watering before cold nights might help stave off frost.

This has turned into a sort of a fun problem solving challenge, see if I can help it survive an early planting. I am putting out the rest (12-13 seeds) when night temps are more stable at 8-10C. I have two strains that are bred for northern european climates so probably trying with one of those (Northern Light X Big bud or Cream C).
Rainfall came out of nowhere. So for seedlings in earth, took a couple of old plastic pots, took bottom off, and,in a way created a "protective dome".Perlite,is a water retainer,so it should keep ground/soil from freezing

She keeps flowering at an incredible pace, faster even to what I have seen indoors.

Filling internodes at a crazy pace, same as eating, I fertigate (coco+salts) her pot each 12 hours as she dries it solidly.

It is raining almost each 18 hours, I suspect this stimulates her to flower even faster.

She's like 1.90m tall now, the daily progresses are amazing.

hey y'all!

any issues i could run into with monster-cropped clones outside?

plan on taking some asap.

after rooting, planned on vegging them on a gas-lantern schedule with light length similar to daylight. would go outside abt june 1.

just don't want to run into a stress/flower/re-re-veg situation.

Ah alright, I'm going to germinate one or two seeds when I get home tomorrow and then try planting with a mini bottle-greenhouse. Lets hope they survive or maybe I'll be back to mourn the loss of my seedlings :D

I'm at 38 degrees. Last year I went from.18 6 to outside with some bangi haze clones on June 10 with no issue. Previous try at May 15 had trouble
flowering and stunting.
Good luck:tiphat::tiphat:

Well I'm growing an early crop of bruises. I rolled my atv today. The steering was a little wonky the last week. I should have investigated. A wheel let go at about 30mph on a gravel road.

Lucky Break #1. It veered towards a hay field. The ground was soft, a little wet and squishy.
Lucky Break #2. The height of the rear seat spared me the full weight of the atv (600 lbs) when it rolled over me.
Lucky Break #3. I don't think I broke anything (on me)

It's pretty mangled up and the other front wheel is 90 degrees off. So both front wheels are fucked. I'll let the shop tell me about the rest.

I just got out of the hot tub and I'm stiff all over. Except for my dick. It's pretty limp right now. :coffee:

Be careful you do not overwater soil, especially when night temps are low, apart from that, all should go just fine

Thanks. I will.

No. The shaft that goes into the wheel, don't know what it's called but it has a rubber boot on it (it's a 4x4 with differential lock), came/broke off. When it lurched to the left, I instinctively tried to turn right and it went down.

I don't trust them much either. That's why I was only going 30mph (~50kmph) or I would have been going full out at about 100km going down the road. 99% of the time I'm in deep mud, swamp or a bush trail where you have to navigate logs and rocks.

I had a Suzuki GS bullet when I was a kid. Just too much power and too man close calls. People would stop at a stop sign and look me in the eyes, and just go. They just didn't see me. Happened about 10 times so I gave the killing machine to my brother for a 1968 Impalla. lol.

Feeling much worse this morning. I don't want to visit the covid hospital this morning. If it gets any worse, I'll have to.

On that note, how are you holding up? We were supposed to go to spannabis this year but my work got in the way. The wife went anyway and was in Barcelona and some island for a walking tour, but she saw covid coming and bolted for home ahead of the lockdown. I drove 9 hours here to pick her up when she landed in Toronto so she didn't have to catch another flight home.

Wow this looks awesome!! The structure is really nice, I'd imagine it would have the potential to be extremely tall

Gah, I hope you heal up soon Tycho!

Me too. Planting season is in 4 weeks. So I should be good. If I was 18 I'd be healed in a couple days, but at 60, things take a little longer. I'm glad I stayed in shape because if I was like some of my friends, I would have broken in half.

I feel like I was in the Cheese Roll this morning

Ouffff.. thanks you weren't going full blast, a drive shaft broke?? :yoinks: The thing I don't like about ATVs, is if they hit you after a crash you're hosed.

Here we say there are two kind of bikers... those who have fallen already, and those who will

I had a Suzuki GS bullet when I was a kid. Just too much power and too man close calls. People would stop at a stop sign and look me in the eyes, and just go. They just didn't see me. Happened about 10 times so I gave the killing machine to my brother for a 1968 Impalla. lol.

Yes that's the main problem with bikes... rest of people driving are potential hazards.

Ouch, I feel you! You know is usually after 2 days when it hurts the most. Wish you get better!!! being in shape will help for sure!

Phew.... that was clever! Spannabis was cancelled the exact previous day it was beggining...

I am living as always, little changes in my rural spot, I'm a hermitage of sorts so little changes on my day to day regarding going out etc.

Things seems to be slowing down on the covid-19 here, daily deaths are 1/4 of what they were (still in the 250's), government allowed kids younger than 14 to go for a walk in the park this weekend with a parent, guess they weren't expecting the stampede that ensued... parks filled to the brim, no distances being kept at all... still a couple months I think for things start looking back to normal.
