MOst agree because the havent noticed the cop came after sandy because she ran the stop sign....

WHat she did right.... was to tell the cop she wouldnt talk to him and only id herself....

I admit I have watched this thing 20 times..... because I carry weed in my car..... I want to know the law....

To do that.... I have to step in both peoples shoes.... the cop and this woman....

Im really not proud of this....but in high school I was on our debate team... too geeky for this crowd

The rules were you have to debate intelligently both sides of an issue....

I guess thats why I examine both sides before I throw anyone under the bus....

After I saw the video of her running a stop and her not knowing she did that.....

I do the same stupid shit.... I run a stop sign.... I simply bone head and miss it....

I have weed in my vehicle but Im straight..,...I simply fucked up.....

Here comes a cop....

Remember I am absolutely unaware I fukked up and ran the sign....

I also have her terrible driving record and just got my license back....

The cop come to my car and asks me for documents....WHJich I provide...and will answer any question about that....

He goes to his car..... I do not know if texas could find out I just got my license back from illinois.....

But Im not going to provide the cop thru my statements that I was unaware of the stop sign........ she did.....

now this cop being the sneaky bastard he is... got a big hunk of info from her...

she thinks this is about a turn signal....most would agree blowing a stop sign is worse....

she talks about coming behind her ....she said she moves over.....to get out of his way....

she was going to be stopped for the sign either way..... turn signal or not....

SHe is telling him she was unaware of the stop sign....

she has now moved from a traffic infraction to a potential dui.....


Once she does this.... he has more than enough to pull her out of the car and dui test her.... if she passed he would have sent her on her way....

To do that....


he would ask her to put out her cig....

exit the car....

inform her of the tests

conduct the tests....

yada yada....

He does not have to tell her why he wants her out of her car.....

I assume it was to assess her.....not because he was mad about the cig.....


Most people who dont know about the stop sign jump to the wrong conclusion.....

however someone with a brain...... should be able to admit that stop sign is huge in all this.....

If you are stopped....say 1 thing only....

If you are going to break a law......

I have many...many times.....

do only one thing wrong at a time....

If you are carrying weed...... do only that....

dont run a stop sign too....

use your turn signals..... stop at signs....

If you are stopped....say only one thing....

be nice and sound apologetic...

its easy to see she didnt stop...and when he swings the stop sign....

he speeds to catch her indicating the cop knew she ran it...

The original video was only as he got behind her.....

The only way to respond to a police officer if he stops you is very simple....

You need to examine better, the girl didn't run a stop sign she failed to signal a turn which while it is a traffic violation and therefore pulling the person over is justified. Ordering her to put out her cigarette, screaming at her to get out of the car with threat of being tazed (I'l light you up")and finally arrested are all not justified results of a minor traffic violation that most cops don't even bother with unless they're looking for any excuse to confront someone.

If you tell the average cop "on the advice of my lawyer i dont answer the questions of law enforcement"your gonna have a bad day.i dont care what anybody says,they will get you for obstruction.ive seen it happen first hand.all they have to say or write down in their report is "suspect would not comply" or something like that.just act normal and try to answer their questions as best you can without incriminating yourself.some people are way over thinking this.if they wanna bust you they will find a way to bust you.acting like a lawyer is a sure tell give away you are doing something in your life that is probably illegal.

I agree that was a questionable stop but at 2:44 the cop clearly states that the reason he stopped her was failure to signal a turn, Most likely the one she made where you're saying she ran the stop sign. Although later she stated that she thought it was when she changed lanes to let him by and the cop didn't argue that or correct her.
