Not nearly, it is in no way comparable to Chicago. But there is a two 20 miles away about 30k and has the gun issues an it too is another ADRUBA.

Well the Dem run State defunded the police and eliminated cash bail not to mention making over 300 crimes unarrestable for.

I feel the same way about guns, but I have eleven. And I DO like them.

HASCH SAID...In many other parts of our world there are much less gun owners but there isn't a proportionally higher percentage of people get robben etc...Have been living in different parts of the world (Germany, USA, Italy and India).
I never understood the "obsession" of US citizens with carrying guns to defend themselves against intruders and robbers/burglars.
I think it is an "accepted reason" to carry/own fire arms. Simmilar to"defending their rights".

No but they're absolutely more of those robbers getting away with it. And more of the victims being killed.
How come the country that has all the guns and dumb citizens who want them is the very same country all you other countries come crawling to for money, supplies and weapons when things get rough? If we are so stupid and most people own guns.

Not everybody knows about gun safety. A lot of people have never seen a gun in person, much less held one in their hands.

No Baldwin though. He's probably shot a gun more than most casual gun owners.
the NRA used to do Eddie Eagle gun safety classes etc to educate kids on what to do if they found a gun. basically, it was "DON'T TOUCH! go get an adult." but anti-gun whackos didn't even like THAT message. my dad taught me how to load/unload and fire a shotgun or rifle when i was 6 so i could squirrel hunt with him, and how to shoot mom's Colt .38 SPL when i was 8 or so. mom was worried about me being at home by myself when i was 9 or 10. dad wasn't sure if she was worried about me or the burglars...
