Crowding from both sides is gonna be the issue. Plus do to neighbor issues over 10 ft tall is a no go. Kinda one of those is what it is deals

I get that. The garbage guy told me "your plants are huge" lol. And just today the UPS guys says it smells like weed. I said fuck ya it does

Been hitting the foliar pretty hard and it's making a big difference in the terps.

Nice lookin plant jidoka. BD??

I was thinkin about your pacific gro dosage- 1-2oz per yard. At 2% N, 1 oz would only raise soil N ppm by 0.8. Thats 600 mg N per yard. Are you using it as an N feed at that level or is it more for the cytokinins and electric charge or whatever?

I mean if i fed 3-2-2 chicken manure id put down around 5.5 lbs per yard.... And pacific grow is only 2%... So i would need nearly a gallon per yard?

Needless to say, i am confused lol

Edit: the jug says anywhere from 8 oz per gal (general application dilution rate) to 4 gal per ac (veg garden) to 60 gal per acre (berry orchard).

Sea Shield...a certain cherry grower uses 65 gallons per acre per yr. he also chucks a bunch of the shit that does not pass the screens on the ground. As far as I know no upper limit has been found. You can safely use a 1-3% solution. Personally I would use 1% more frequently.

It does lack Ca though. So I always use soluble gypsum with it

MAP is not an unreasonable choice. If you go that way add as many lbs of humic as you do MAP

Thanks dude happy 4th.

I'm watering in per yard:
18 g of calnit (wanted no3 to acidify rather than ammonia from MAP)
50 ml p gro
4.5g P via phos acid (tbd, might be lower since i am limited by pH)
Micro sulfates

Im realizing now that with hard water and calnit, im not going to get any soluble P. All calcium phosphate. Damn maybe i should double my water amount ( they need more) and just pick up some MAP tomorrow.

Well at least theyll get N.

I have bone meal and calphos on hand, should i top dress a couple lbs with that befor watering?

I guess this is why people just throw on chicken manure or bio live and call it a day.

You are so overthinking this.

PG has a pH of 3.5, stabilized with sulfuric acid. If you have a yard of dirt you should be somewhere around 20 gallons of water. Chuck a qt of pg in that and wait for test results.

You want to stimulate microbes not suppress them. PG will do that

I thought using PG at those levels was hydro and not recommended. Seems like somebody in the past was saying he was getting good results at the levels you guys are talking.......

8% volume, and 12ml per gal is what one person was talking about maxing out at and was told he was killing his micros........ That would equal 192ml per yard of soil, or about 3/4 cup.

Glad you guys are catching up......... :tiphat:

Also, which cherry grower? You talking Mike Omeg or Bob Wilt? Bob has chatted with me, and he is using higher levels that you claim........

Throwing on CM and BL is a great approach and gets you over half the way. I have been following the advice of Ganja Rebel, and really applying every method of fertilization possible. Top dress, liquid feeds, foliar feeds and even some mental feeds...... Just positive thoughts. I have found it near impossible to get my EC up without the help of top dresses. I have found liquid feeds are way too expensive by themselves, and foliar feeds needs metals in the soil to be effective.
