there lookin good capt, i grew the skunk1 freebies, and the durban x skunk freebies as well. guess as freebies they werent to great. the durban cross was potent, but i didnt like the tastes of durban weed.

i do like Haze though, went and checked Sams site, and alas no Haze. were gettin ready to run a bunch of haze stuff, and i seen farmer johns run of Sams stuff, looked great and potent he had said. have to see what happens, maybe rustle up some of Sams gear for that grow.

im hangin to see how your grow turns out. interested in that meao and how Sams gear smokes for ya.

I wouldn't count on free skunks. my friend grew them and they looked/smelled/tasted/ were turds.

true skunk whether its real deal or worked is something to be appreciated. the reason it changed the face of the growing scene is easy. its what weed is supposed to be.

Capt, looking good. Sam has some really wares. Nate, prune them girls good. Do not be afraid to prune during flowering. I wait to top mine until they are 2-3 weeks into flowering and yields have gone up drastically since(I do start my plants small, 5-6 in).

"Exactly what are the descriptions of columbian phenotypes; pre 1970's or a 1970's pheno?"
Exactly ...the ones that were closer to the original P1 strain from Corinto, called "Caucana" by the colombian ppl that gave me the seeds in the 90´s.
One of the very few colombians that mature envenly and yield decent buds by mid -November,here @ 43ºN.Those plants were very uniform and resistent.

WOW - Killer thread guys, I just had to read through it, and very very nice pictures and plants guys, Im a Sativa lover as well :D I thought I would come on in and throw in some of my pictures..

This first picture is of 2 HIGHLAND Oaxacan Landrace buds and 1 bud called Sticky Retardo. The Highland Oaxaca is the back 2 buds, the front left bud is the SR.

Highland Oaxacan Landrace - These buds were awesome! The most PSYCHEDELIC high I have ever experienced. visual 'tracers' were common upon smoking a joint... It was super pleasent, as in it made anything you were doing bearable. It just made you sit back and SMILE hahaha.. It was very very spicy, like oregeno.. super spicy, that was the only flavor to it.

Sticky Retardo - A spicy sweet pure Mexican Sativa, it was super potent, with a speedy up high, very strong and long lasting, heavier than the Oaxaca but with the same racy motivation

Last of the Oaxaca

Last of the SR

Mango Haze

Here are some pictures of the last Sativa I grew.. it was a generic Mexican Sativa out of some green potent sativa brick. It turned out very nice, very stinky and frosty, and smelled strongly of lemon. Very uplifting high

ZamalDestroyer x Parvati 50% sativa.

It isnt looking much like a sativa at all for being 50%

I am thinking maybe 2 of these crossed will have more sativa possibly.

Morning Sativa lovers,

Heres a new little Sativa bud I picked up last night in a variety pack
dont know what it is, but its pretty damn good. i love the subtle hues of purple under the bud :joint:

Here's the pure Indian sativa I did last year. I got it from weed some guy got for us out there....we were smoking it out of mango leaf chillums. They mixed the bud up with mango leaf and they weren't too particular about plucking seeds out. They took almost a year from start to finish; average flowering time was 5 months, but I had one early female that was done in 3 1/2 (it was seeded)....

It never really filled out, as you can see. It was very leafy, too...I believe this is partially due to the fact it had far too much N in flowering.

The seeded female was the one on the left. Finished at about 6 feet.

Started getting really busy when my 11 footer kicked into high gear...

Check out these ultra sativa leaves!

I was very interested to hear about the Hawaiian Sativa from Federation. I have some beans on hand, as well as Hawaiian Skunk and Jamaican Skunk. I believe they were bred by Rahan. Anyone done the Celestial Temple Sativa?

glock the hawaiian sativa (gifted by rahan as well) was IMHO out of the 100 or so strains I've smoked THE BEST weed I've ever had.

I was upset to see some asshole got under rahans fingernails enough that he left. been talkin to rahan for 4+ yrs going on now. I hope he comes back.

really cool u grew the indian. did you start flowering inside? you've got the season to flower a plant like that?
