Sativas only, I love it! Due to my depression I was scared to really get into growing Sativas for a number of years. I am here to all those with depression, Sativas can be the best meds you'll ever have. To those who say they don't have room to grow 'em, phooey! I grow in a cabinet(pic later). To those who think they don't produce enough, phooey! Last harvest I had 6 plants of Sativa/mostly Sativa and they yielded 5 oz. total in 6in. sq. containers. I know alot of people are scared of the Haze "paranoia". Well I have not had one bit of paranoia from mine. Here are some shots, one pic of each of the varieties that I have kept and lost(Johnny Blaze). They are Apple Pie(2 phenos), Johnny Blaze, Afghan Haze(2 phenos), Asia Girl, and Petrol(I know, but they had a totally Sativa type stone). Oops, added a couple of extras. :joint:

o man TORC, those look super :) i couldnt agree more
in my case, the taste of a good sativa, alone, is enough to liven my spirits, uplift me.
the high, sometimes creeper, will put ya on a plane youll never want to come off of.
the HIGH makes you forget about stresses, or at least help you see the brighter side to things.
indicas get you stoned out. loss of motivation. hashy tastes. good for sleep. not my preference :D

Hey Capt. and all, Have any of ya grown anything from the sativa seed bank? I recently ordered Paia hawiiana and sativa mexicana, thought someone might have some critique of these...if not I'll let ya know how the grow and such come out! later

i dunno where ya all are findin these great sativas, been runnin quite a few different sativas for over 2 yrs now. i dont have a single keeper, male or female.

capitano, creeper is alot of what im experiencin, ya get high, its a up, keep ya goin high, but ya damn sure wouldnt know it unless ya sit there and think on it.

good plants in straight sativas are tough to come by in my experience. i aint givin up, but damn man, how many fookin plants a guy have to grow to find a good one, lol.

hey Crip, them meao' are lookin good. nice thread bro. for sure lmk how they turn out.

Seedsman's Hawaiian Indica(?) is an excellent choice. It has a lot of Indica in it, however the plants put out a superior, soaring, giggly, red-eye express kind of stone. I forgot to mention the taste, oh my god, curry-like, but better.

rotten - berry smell and taste , fast coming head rush, followed from a wobbling body stone , no tolerance build up - and beautiful herb ;)

Motaco,
Yes they are the pure Meao Thai.....

Indica lover,,My Oaxacan looked exactly like the other Oaxacan posted in this thread...They are airy with an odd flavor and flowered 85 to 90 days..
The potency was on the low side but still a unique smoke...

Killer photos Cropmanagement!!

You too Torc!Great photos..

Samuryusan,I have not yet grown any of their gear...

CBF,
Man,you are right on with that observation..It is so hard to find a special plant in sativa stock but you will be very happy when one pops up!!!I have only found a few in several hundred plants with the Neville's being at the top!!Hell I grew out 30 of those to find a keeper and only 2 showed that I considered worth keeping due to flower time and resin content...

First 5 pics of Neville's Haze and last pic is of Oaxacan......

Ok Sativa lovers I am duly impressed with the pics from everyone. Kudos all the way around :joint:

I have seeds that I know are very RARE called OG Chocolate Thai from DNA. Can any of you guys give me some reccomendations for taming these beasts indoors and help me out on how I should provide nutes for a 14 week flower period?

They are easily manageable indoors..Prune the tip at the 4th to 8th node and you will have more branchy plants and will also help with height...
Take care...............................CC

CBF,,
Hey man you need to try some of Sam's gear...I am really impressed with what I am seeing so far with all 3 strains...The Skunks of course are doing well and should be excellent yeilders..
The Original Haze X Skunk#1 is the one with the incredible resin production..
You should definitely give these a run for a keeper...(Or you can get one from me when the mother is cloneable)
The Thai X Skunk#1 is also desireable looking and carrying those exotic traits...You cannot see the Skunk#1 in either hybrid...The both look to be pure sativa..
Take care.............................................CC
Heres 3 pics of the Haze X Skunk...The resin does not cover the leaves well but the calyxes are getting coated so early in flower.....The plants are nice!!!
