mornin campers....off to the grow store in a bit...many up-pots to deal with...and some need to go in big pots since i could be setting up for just the 6 legal plants in flower at home,no reason to not go big...plus with bigger pots i can probably extend the number of days between watering...the way things are moving i could have an actual contract soon...but here in the right now....about time to check the hanging crop and maybe time for totes...that means back to trim jail soon...all trop c this round...once again should be north of 2lbs...so another week of trim bitching
had a meeting with the guy who originally offered me a job,got a clearer picture of what i would be doing....the main point,i'm not going to be the one responsible for the plants....all 16000 of them...i will just be there to make sure everything is going well,and if not,to use my years of experience fucking up plants and figuring out what went wrong and how to fix it...plus the second offer has some level of sketchiness to it...if i'm going legit,then i don't want anything to do with back door deals

yes,in money about one crop cycle more than i make now,but with health insurance...and no trimming! but also the standard two weeks paid vacation....and all on the up and up,the investors have money....i'm picturing walking around with a kit...say an ipad,pH probes and test kit for runoff,a scale to weigh pots,lighted magnifying glass...that sort of stuff...data collection with an organic plant computer behind it....the nute mixer will be able to tailor the mix to each room...
and i looked on google earth,easy ride home from there,and an easy way to get to the river and ride the riverbank
Yeah but is it a easy ride with all that snow in your forecast? I mean it's like what a eight inch or so.
the models look stronger for it to be some accumulation...but since i won't be starting until like august i suspect it won't be a problem

Can you get mexicans by the buslaod there because you are going to need 3. Seriously though you better hope you are the only white guy working. It will be cool to be a part of something at that scale. Its a good time for a build out because the tech is really catching up quick. You are going to learn a lot.
it's gonna be something..."state of the art" gets bandied about...1.8 million dollar heat pump/ac/dehuey....zone control temp and humidity....yada yada...that's just the first 8000 plant build,the limit went to 16,000 so it will be expanding ....
i fully expect the beancounters to obsolete me out of a job as soon as things are running smoothly

Yeah, I can't imagine it either, but he said something about an organic plant computer. There are some pretty big commercial organic farms in other sectors, so not impossible.
