and i just got my second offer to work a commercial grow,this one is more to my liking since it's not going to be a bunch of shitty chem grown weed i'd be growing...also not so direct a friend situation which never seems to work out when weed is involved...
back to drinking coffee and waking up

mornin campers...back to the grind...need to wash trays today and get in and prune plants and take cuts today,then reload the main room tonight...got a bunch of bigger plants this round...and somehow another quick store trip to get the stuff i forgot yesterday...so better finish coffee time and get moving,gonna need to wash the trays inside since when i went to get a new hose and nozzle i forgot how expensive a good set up will be...need to get some soaker hoses this year so summer watering is easier...yup,i think one thing i will look for as far as the grow job is if i can wrangle some time off before i have to get started...i could use some time to get the house/yard squared away and some actual vacation time would be nice...
ya vacations are a must fishstick. check this out my rations were getting low here at the grow phoned in a supply drop got this added bonus. theres rivers of gravy weaving in n out of a layer of ground beef and corn under them taters
hmmm...so,the offer from yesterday....time scale fits finishing out the rounds i'm about to put in flower and a contract for only 9 months a year,like 3 on,one off maybe...and having my own "branded" label...sounding much better than soulless money grab shitty chem weed growing...

so....i think i have been considering the grow offers in the wrong way...i shouldn't be thinking of what's being offered,but rather what i want,and frankly,where my skill set resides...here's my thoughts...
3 months on,one month off....should cover most of a flowering cycle/set up for next run
primary focus,a branded line of organic craft quality cannabis,secondary focus,backup for lead grower/consultation
i retain all rights to any branding/genetics i bring

A buddy of mine has it in his contract that if they sell to a new owner he is either locked in for a certain amount of months at a certain pay. Or he is paid a lump sum if they choose to not keep him.
yeah,we already discussed a parachute clause as well as them having the first years salary in escrow....gotta protect myself....
almost there...all the prep work is done,just need to water the led room and 4x4 tent,then load the plants into the main room and water the other half of the room
