Be careful.Things that happened around here after things went legal, Ops started getting bought out after a couple years... Deals you make today may not be the same after a few years.
you know,90% of growing is fancy janitor work,provided everything is going well...really wishing i had paid attention in spanish class now!
i don't think i will have to deal with employees,there will be some sort of cultivation manager...like i said,i'm sure i'll work myself out of a job,the performance metrics are reasonable,so once things are running to spec the beancounters will wonder why i'm still there...

Just waiting on this big ass storm to hit. Took the tractor and pushed all the existing snow piles back and widened the driveway. Ready for the two feet expected. Doing some plowing for a friend. Yada yada yada

chilly mornin campers...typical snow day,lots of panic over nothing...still,pretty cold for here,it's not a shorts day...plenty to do in the grow today,lot's of up-pots to do...good thing since it's probably warmer in the workshop than the house....so a couple of cold days then back to 50's and 60's during the day by the weekend....snow-meggedon 22' pretty much a bust....hope the garage grow did ok,gets pretty cold out there,the led room is pretty well insulated but i have a tent out there too...
at least you got snow. the forecast here was for a low of 22 degrees F here overnight. never got close, just @#$%^%$ rain. i hate mud...
It washed off enough snow in the backyard to reveal a veritable land mine field of cookie poops
i was right,it's downright tropical in the workshop....65 degrees....too bad it's so noisy out there...best get to work,got around 30 plants to up-pot today...and some clones to get in cups...

According to the dart throwing weather people around here…they say the finger lakes are in the trace to 15 inch range lol…it’s snowing heavier now and they still don’t know how much we’re getting…hey Lester I hope you don’t have to push too much snow…if it’s not enough you can make a path to my house too!!!
stupid winter! i guess they got a couple inches up north of here which is enough to shut down any expected package deliveries...no bike parts today i guess
guess you'll be free to go on longer ride today since you don't have to wait for bike parts today!
