Going to the nice groomed flow trails for the first time on the new bike today. Hopefully we can ride all 4 loops. My riding buddy is finally brave enough to go back and try again. Last time he wiped out 3 times. Left a bruise over most of one side of his body. My other buddy said he heard his body hit the ground twice on one crash. Ouch.

Gonna be a good day. I personally try to stick to a strict no crash policy. Usually works for me.

should have made them watch friday fails! i had to get rid of the full squish bike i had,too dangerous,it let me do lots of really stupid stuff...i never actually wrecked, but definitely got away with some shit i shouldn't have...at this point i would rather walk the bike through a sketchy section of trail, had enough concussions and injuries already...

I have been loving the full squish. Have yet to crash but I'm sure it's ultimately unavoidable. I can see how it could give me false confidence and I have definitely came through a few spots safely on pure luck instead of skill. I haven't tried getting to crazy. No big jumps or drops. Plenty of little ones though. Did 3 of the 4 loops yesterday before my buddy declared he was fine for the day. Total of 17 miles plus little bit of service road. My closet trails are covered in roots and rocks and rarely go more than 30 feet or so without a turn so the nice flowy stuff is a real treat.

Just picked up the wife's new rockhopper a few days ago. Still need to get her out in the dirt.

If you look carefully you can see some other riders down the hill a few switch backs. I know you have mountains in new mexico. But as far a lower Michigan is concerned that's a big hill. Obviously the down side was more fun.

I can't/don't recall how long ago I had to buy any measuring cup for the garden. Has to be at least 12 years.

I went to use one of the larger ones over a month ago and the handle just snap with the slightest of pressure into some gypsum. Then a few weeks ago, another one, the handle just snapped off.....

:tumbleweed:mornin campers...off to pay bills in a bit...much easier now that the lobbies are open...no more sitting in a line of exhaust spewing cars when it's 102 out...actually supposed to rain this weekend, like for real rain, not just one drop every 12 inches! plus it won't be a gazillion degrees out...only a bazillion:bigeye: garden chores later, should be another easy day...plus i should have a box of bike stuff today:headbange
