there's your problem, all those trees in the way making shade and whatnot! where's the rim deep sand? where's the endless babyhead sized rocks?

All the sand is on the western side of the state. No shortage of big rocks on most of the trails around here. Pontiac recreation area leaves small boulders in really dangerous places like right in the middle of really steep corners. Actually rocky downhills are where the full suspension really shines. So far I've picked my lines well enough to plow through everything I have tried.

:tumbleweed:time to head out,a crisp,fall like 97,better grab a jacket!

yeah, looking forward to sunday's ride, basically no climbing, nothing but two-track,and a cool, shady canyon to explore...all down by the river so something a bit different than the usual desert rides...and everyone should be on single speeds so a fairly mellow ride...

:good: i'm sure you guys are all dot watching the tour divide...in case not, after 2100 miles the two leaders are neck and neck, only a 1/2 mile apart....they have been passing each other a few times a day...coming down to the final 300 miles....pretty exciting....for those of you who don't know, the tour divide is a self supported 2000+ mile bikepacking race which isn't a race since there's no prizes....aside from finishing...two guys from town, and the former governor of the state are riding it this year...the guys from town are just over 1100 miles, not quite halfway yet...and they still have a shit ton of climbing facing them in colorado...

been pretending I'm I plumber today. Had to have some one help me replace the shut off valve to the toilet. My left arm/shoulder is now strained. I'm not going to be able to open any pickle jars for maybe a week.

Transplanted some Sour d S1 seed sprouts this morning.

Im reading spinosad may take care of them maybe a no pest strip down there dont know much about them though. Havent takin in a clone or anything in a very long time so dont dont how i got em maybe came in the coco or something who knows...whatcha think any other ideas on how to treat?

:tumbleweed:noonin campers...so i bought two bikes last night...two vintage road bikes...gonna take some work to get them rolling...and no doubt some old school tools which might be a huge pain to source...hoping i can get at least one rolling as a around town errand bike complete with extra dorky basket...one of them looks like it has campy parts,by that i mean campagnolo...a fuji frame....and an old raleigh from england...so gotta go pick them up,and also since that will involve a truck go get some medium...

Sad day at the farm, I had to make the executive decision to literally cut my losses. 90% teardown, just hoping to keep the population low enough on my mother's and seedlings to take clones. I treated them with BB+, but it might take a bit for it to start working. filedata/fetch?filedataid=2053787

To add insult to injury, the contractor bag ripped and dumped 20+ gallons of contaminated soil all over. That was fun to clean again.
I might get some decent fresh frozen, and I feel it was the only step forward, but I still want to jump out of my fucking skin right now.

How do these fuckers even get into your grow?. Ive never had root aphids as far as I know. From what I read it's pretty obvious when you have them. If its from otehrs clones you have to isolate and repot. I take all of the medium off on a clone and toss it. Rinse the roots and re pot in fresh soil. Ive battled mites, Thrips, leafhoppers, Gnats. I even had regular spiders crawling in the veg tents which wasn't surprising since any insect can get in. Once I started an IPM program regularly Ive stopped pest issues from being a prob. Our biggest issue in Cali is PM. That shit is everywhere. I like using my dry fogger with growsafe for this. If we give it an inch it will take a mile. Skipping a treatment spells doom lol.
