90s (Super) Skunk

If Shanti tell the true it's Afghani T aka Afghani x skunk aka super skunk,in any case it is afghani x skunk, and it's a good strain

Unfortunately that's not the case anymore. This was taken from MNS forum:

"Super Skunk (SS) was an F1 of Afghan T x Skunk 1.
That cross is not sold in the MNS menu anymore.

Shanti's Nordle is a hybrid that includes Afg T, Afg S, Ort 15, skunk1 and possibly other things. We have no idea.
It is a potent hashy indica that might have similarities to Super Skunk."

Roadkill" Skunk (early branch) curing. Flowers smell like...

NASTY, ROTTING, ROADKILL SKUNK 😵🦨 Burns your nose just smelling it! I sneeze every time I smell it up close. Very powerful skunk! The smell stays through the cure and it smells almost identical to the smell from the leaf and stem rubs. Heavy, rank skunk from veg to cure!

That's a pretty girl, nice job! I'm a big fan of the narrow leaves on skunks. Keep us posted on how she turns out
Thanks, I will update how she evolves. I agree, narrow leaved skunks can be the most interesting and the one I grow right now has some the narrowest leaves I've seen on a pure Skunk, I'm really curious to see the buds she will make and what type of high she has.

Sounds good. I've been impressed by the narrow leaf skunks, they give a very uplifting and clear headed high. Seems like broad leaf phenos are more prominent, so maybe the narrow leaf is more of a novel or recessive trait? Just a thought, maybe there's some correlation there. Interested to see how she does for you.

Samples of both skunks have been sent out across the country.

This Super Skunk has the cat piss smell in the jar, but the buds when broken up and smoked have an old school hash smell & taste. It's a great Super Skunk pheno but not the "skunk funk." The heavy skunk smell & taste just isn't there after a good cure.

The "Roadkill" Skunk pheno is legit, and has been confirmed by random people from NY to CA. Buds in the jar smell like death & decay. When you break open the buds and smell them, it's a heavy gas & fuel funk, similar to Sour Diesel, but way more rank.

The taste is dead skunk fuel and you can absolutely taste the skunk through the cure. It's not "The RKS" pheno that everybody remembers, but it has many similarities. It is a real roadkill skunk.

Got some professional photos back today.

Those flowers look great, your description of your RKS Skunk is surprising , I didn't think you could find some fuel smelling buds in this type of Skunk.
The Chunky Skunk I have is now at day 44 of 12/12 and start to make some fox tails, i don't know if it's from its genetics or if it's a reaction to the light getting closer to the canopy recently. She has now a pretty strong smell, a part of Cheese with some type of acidity, can't really describe it precisely. Here are a few pics

Thanks I appreciate that! Finished flowers came out great and the photographer did an amazing job showcasing them. Its some heavy rank roadkill skunk smells and tastes.

Those plants are looking great, very nice grow so far!

This is a few pics of the Chunky Skunk from Sagarmatha, yhe pics were taken on day 65 of 12/12, the plant was harvested in two parts, first flowers cut at day 65 and the rest day 72. This plant is leaning heavily on the sativa side of the skunk genetics, she looks more like a haze hybrid than a pure skunk, she has a very powerful smell but I can't really find words to describe it, a mix of floral and cheesy. She's a good producer, there is a lot of resin and the high is bright, mood enhancer. This is a nice surprise and a lovely variation of the skunk genetic.

That is a beautiful plant!! Very nice job. Has the look of some newer crosses to it with the colors and bud structure, but that just goes to show how older genetics stand the test of time. Haven't heard Sagarmartha in many years, but I see they're still putting out some quality genetics. That description sounds like you found a great pheno with the floral and cheese, along with those colors and structure would put that as a keeper for me. Did you take clones from that or just run the seeds?

It's funny because to me she looks more like a old school plant a bit closer genetically to her landraces ancestors. The smell evolved a lot with drying and now the flowers have a strong berry smell and a earthy taste in joint.
I have cloned her and I hope to make better next time.

The first 2 photos have the old school look but the last 2 have the "gumball" look on the tips of the buds. Not as pronounced as some of the newer hype strains but has the resemblance. Right on, keep that one going, will be cool to see you dial it in further.
