I read from the biowave website that it may have an effect on leaf hoppers... More research is needed, as local insect population in their vectors weren't reduced.
Its supposed to generate inaudible harmonic waves that open up the stomata... They studied the biowave 3 years in a row on different crops and the smallest yield increase was 12%.

If the plant was wilting from dehydration, the plant would close its stomata to conserve water. I don't think harmonic waves would prevent this from happening. If the leaves regained turgor after irrigation, they probably didn't have enough water to begin with. Idk, just my $0.02. I don't burn 30k so i'd say you're more experienced than me.
