I've recently been thinking of going legal... If I report my sales to the state and they tax me their % then I report to the IRS the money I've received due to my caregiving shouldnt I be able to pay taxes in one lump sum? I'm sure that I could establish an LLC and put myself into the tax system as an independent contractor but what would happen then? I have another full-time position where I already have benefits/retirement/taxes coming out - think i'll be able to slide under the radar? maybe file two tax returns instead of one?
Will federal agencies like the IRS come down on me for being a caregiver even though my state protects me under their laws? I have alternate routes I could take as far as paying myself but being straightforward and honest would make me the most happy. I don't mind paying taxes as long as I'm not in jail or being prosecuted and racking up court fees.
I've been following this thread for a while and I really appreciate the great conversation - definitely trumps any MMJ site on the web.
That flipbox looks pretty rough, could have been done more safer, proper crimps for the terminal lugs, etc.
i heard someone say once, mighta been PoopyTeaBags, that the jump from 2 lights to 10 lights is way harder than from 10 lights to 40 lights. and my experience has shown me that to be true.
I think that was Vagpuncher... Poopy only runs 8 lights. I haven't run more than 10kw, but I agree... Getting up to 10kw was a struggle. Now its a breeze.
naw i'll come clean. i sort of flooded the entire 2nd floor down through the garage etc and the hardwood in the hallway where it flooded bowed up like crazy, 4-5". so i said fuckit ima refloor this dudes house with brand new awesome hardwood.
