jorgeXXL- thanks man! i try!
so i just started my first brew of OGBiowar bennies and it's a bit more expensive than i thought it'd be... i didn't even have enough for a 40gal res... added the full 8oz packs (foliar and root) ~30tbsp.. 10 less than instructions said... so about $80 for 1 feeding. which would work out to about $600-800 a month if i watered all my plants with it 1x per week. not diluting it ofcourse, just straight handwatered tea drench.

if the plants look like victoria secret models after the tea, then it's definitely worth it but i know ill be looking into ordering straight microbes direct from that indian doctor.

1 cup of brewed tea can go into 5 gallons of res according to the instructions on the site, so you should only have to brew 8 cups full strength for 40 gallons. I just started brewing 1gallon at a time (1 tbsp of each pack per) and diluting that at 1 cup per 1/2 gallon to hand water in once weekly - is there a reason you aren't diluting at all?

I look at it like this:

"tea" is just an activated liquid form of the biologic soup that exists in the "tea bag" thingy

I just make new batches of tea with a bit of the leftover stuff, like a Sourdough Starter [if you know what that is?]

Just add your ratio of Humic's!, add your seaweeds, add whatever various goodies you would have in your teas.

Then add a bunch of carbohydrates, in my case molasses, and they will multiply like crazy and populate the new volume of water..

It may not be perfect, virgin, expensive-ass tea, but its damn sure better then water methinx?

It all started with 10 gallons of tea from BLC, I poured that into a 600 gallon tank with hume/seaweed/b1/Plant Sucess soluble/Actinovate/etc. etc.

In like 3 days[it was outside ~65f] it was 600+ gallons of tea @ home

ak-51- yupppp most of my buddies do the whole fake business/boss deal. myself... i started a business in order to pay taxes and so self employed/business owner and i've actually got the income on paper for em.

This is exactly the snag im at right now. Im in a house with an ideal owner like yours, with a lease option, and Im ready to buy.

Can you throw out some pointers on setting up the biz for tax purposes? I have been over the details in my head and doing research for years, but im on the other side of the country where med is not a reality, so havent been able to verify/deny any of the stuff Ive come across with a professional.

Ive researched land trusts, nevada LLCs, and all types of methods of 'ghost' ownership, but really, having a biz will make things so much easier.

The snag I get caught on is the paperwork and making it look 'real'. Id love to make it something that can become a real biz, but im already over committed time and money wise. Is it as simple as buying any old product wholesale for X, saying you sold it for Y and declaring that?

Oh man, this topic has been driving me up a wall for months. Im finally in a position financially to make some moves and build some real wealth instead of just getting by but this huge hurdle still exists, keepin me stagnant.

InjectTruth- i personally think that a service based business is much easier to work with. first of all, no huge overhead in terms of having an office or retail.. or from buying lots of product wholesale. keep it simple.. a business where your only necessary things are a pickup truck and a few tools of whatever trade. <$5,000 investment including some sort of cheapo LLC or whatever. lawyer can deal with the details on that.

pool cleaning, mobile car detail, freelance home inspector, mobile power washer, gardener... something simple. hiring a guy part time to do the job is cheap... $2-300/week.

gotta find and setup something that requires minimal amount of time from you. something you can pay someone $15/hour to do, maybe go on a couple jobs so your customers know you and think you're putting in work all day.

Ah, I see. Its not even a front, per se. Its an actual functioning business. That definitely changes it a bit. Ive always just mulled the idea over with things im familiar with, and always thought along the line of retail.

Lately the idea is the nursery biz. The margins can be huge as the cutting biz is a big chunk. Once you buy specimens/mothers, you show cost for pots, dirt, nutes, the original specimens, and you can cut 100k clones from each mom every year, sold for 50c each. Not to mention buying a 10 dollar plant, planting it in the yard for 2 years and selling it for a 100. Farmers markets, CL for cash sales.

Plus it utilizes skills I already have

Would it be legit to just be a one job kind of operation like 'lawn mowing service' as opposed to full service landscaping? The idea of actually running a service business seems like a ton of work in its own right, especially since i really only have experience serving one thing

those types of businesses could potentially do $200k a year in revenue with minimal overhead. that should be enough to cover your public investments and large purchases.

i make sure i make enough to explain renting a house, my car payments and all my bills + a few hundred/mo for other expenses. the rest stays cash.

Im right there with you on this one.

Check out legal zoom to set up your llc and tax id stuff, it was less then 200$ to setup everything if I remember correctly.

Add some fish hydrolystae, and kelp meal to your teas. It will help to feed the microbes. I also use humic acid, but some others do not.

Hey Bro....Service based businesses that deal with more cash than actual "paper trails" are the optimum way to wash cash from ill gotten gains , but I did well for many yrs with a small const co that I just added bogus invoices and payouts through my co to add income into the mix over each yrs fiscal return for Uncle Sam....

Got oldhead Growbro`s in SoCal that started sellin cuts to the clubs back when Cali went wild wild west back in the mid 90`s , and.....

Expanded up and down the left coast over the yrs till a HUGE client base was built while they grew and GROW their ass off to this day off the books with crazy ass plant numbers on 4 x 4 tables perpetually pullin 4 lbs a week off each of the 10 tables with just a babyshit 10KW setup.....now....

Over 200 lbs per yr income is "washed" thru their "legal" cut biz with nobody the wiser ....especially the IRS , so shit`s doable , butchas gotta provide "laboratory" conditions with the cut biz or else as WT just said critters will fuck up your world in medville.....IOW......

They`ve got a "clean room" where they change clothes and wear tyvek suits while doin the cut thingy as well as with their grow ops at another off the books location with the flood and drain tables......and for the record......

My boys are BEYOND independently wealthy cuz they made a plan , set goals , and stuck with it.....Old ass hippie lookin farts like me that wear mostly Carhaart overalls , but both have places on the beach in Cabo and each have nice homes in Suburban SoCal paid for many yrs ago.....

I`ve helped many folks over the yrs hide their shit with grass cutting , farmers market booths with produce , all manners of shit like once liquid even vending machines and supplying major chains with batteries through a franchise.....

Just gotta get outta the "stoner" mentality and get serious bout building a portfolio.....

Ya`ll holler if I can help , but WT`s on the right track yas just gotta keep it simple an d not invest too much cash in equipment and expensive shit where there`s GOTTA be a return on investment for Uncle Sam not to audit the fuck outta yas.......

Good luck IJ.....You can doooo it......

Peace....DHF.....:ying:......

Another thing to consider for the long term is to set up a business that you would do for the rest of your life that is inventory based. You are selling something. Computer parts, grow supplies, widgets, etc. When you flip the herb you use that money to purchase inventory which you then sell through your legal business. I know someone very close that has been doing this for years.:)
