3 weeks in with Aptus shits blowing up around here..

the bud pix is at 4.5wks, resin density is thicker than i have ever seen on my strainz. still have some time to go so we will see how final yields are. the bigger plants in jackroom are at 2 weeks bloom. im still dialing in a few things but for the most part all is going well.

Couple quick ones for you Jack. Do you cut out the Alfalfa from your tea say after week 3 of flower?

Also the Kush I'm growing seems to be a heavy leafer. Would u still wait till week 5 to start plucking leafs off or would do it an earlier? Thanks

I have ran Alfalfa all the way through flower and I have also cut it out week 4 did not notice a difference but I would be safe and cut it mid flower. As far as leaf pluck the strain you are running is leafy not the best strain for scrog but I would wait until week 5 and start doing a leaf pluck every couple days take all the big fan leaves exept the top ones on the main cola those can be removed a week before harvest.

Just wondering Jack, i'm using a H&G program minus nitro / amino boost, thinking about switching one or all of my additives after seeing the effects of Fasilitator, would changing one additive at a time be feasible, or should it really be all or nothing? IE, Roots Excel changed to Start Boost this round, next round Bud XL to... etc

Start boost and root excel work fine just not same days. Bud xl is pretty much bloom boost but bloom boost works better. Amino treatment is unneeded since aptus is loaded with it. I wouldn't run anything else in combination or you going to have problems. Base + root excel add aptus. Working good for me so far staying around 2.25 per.
