I knew the chow was the shit...:D

But It aint over yet.

Lookin killer.

Im having trouble. I dnt understand.

Ok im using the bonaticare blocks CocoGrow.

I took some and put it in plain water and the ppm was 150 figured not bad.

So to start off with veg.

I hydrate blocks with 650ppm of base do my transplant and then when I water next day with base again 650ppm and check the run off is 1250ppm and if I flush with like 210 base 30% run off It doesnt really come down. Idk what the deal is.

I found out my run off with the ones in flower were like 1850-2000ppm

Hit them with 210 then clearex then tea all with 30% run off.

I skipped aptus all together was scared till I get run off in check.

Idk sucks plants look ok just know Im in for touble if I dnt figure it out.

bloom boosterz

bloom boosterz

jack do you wait until the second week in flower to start the bloom/peakboost or just run fasilitator ,startboost, ecozen weeks 1 and 2 in veg and first week in bloom as suggested by aptus.

So clearly wifi is like the hot shit now. I personally never tried it. Ive had the white and it reminded me of dutch herb. Like white widow or something. Not much flavor but a lot of punch and super frosty. Fire og is one of my favorite strains ever so adding the frost seems awesome if you still get flavor. Super well done. Jack, you ever run a cheese cut?

If plants look ok I would not keep watering then your going to have over water issue's This is why I use CANA coco or Gols Lable one less thing to deal with.

It doesn't "seem" like ?'s get repeated, they do!! Lol I don't come in this thread as much because of it. I give u props for continuing on though....thank you!
Rant:::
People if you can't take the time to harvest the info from this thread so you can then cultivate that info in your growroom then you will probably have problems and lots of questions. Just take the time to read you would be amazed at not only your current questions being answered, but also you learn things you didn't even think to ask for the future. If you have read all this or don't understand it seems jack is more than happy to oblige. End rant::::

I was just askin if he ever ran cheese.....theres many versions and i was curious about his yield results. Not sure if that was covered but ive been through a lot of this thread and i didnt see that. My bad if that was already asked. I agree, ive seen people ask the same shit on here over and over. Do you water with aptus every day? Do you have pics of this or this? Hes very tolerant. Thanks bud

Ive read the whole thread from start to finish and took notes bro.

So I know ur not talking to me. Shit thing to come in here and say my opinion.

I have grown my own way doing my own thing my whole life. Have maid some ground breaking procedures that Im going to implement into my grows with coco and aptus. Im comming off of three year soil beds that Ive pulled gpw all day long. Now I plan on going to the next level with aptus and coco. What really caught my eye with Jack was the simplicity of the aptus line and the canna A&B being the same for veg and flower and reusing the coco.

And the professionalism of Jacks rooms and space.

I was working three days a week.
I had 6year old rotting drywall and wood. My soil beds on the floor with dirt and mud everyware. I do not know how I didnt have bugs or pm.

So I decided to finally clean up my act and make a move this thread inspired me to do this. I rebuilt my entire space. And I have thanked Jack for that already.

I follow this thread becuase I should be on this level with my space 20k and I love seeing Jacks work. And I compair my notes with his for a better outcome.

I know how to water and when to water. Environment and all the basics. Its learning the nature of coco most of all for me.

So in conclusion.
Jacks just a bad ass who neverminds helping people whenever for whatever. Hard to come by these days. F-.#k all the rest. Who ever didnt vote for Jack and this thread are idiots.

Peace

Hey man, just wanna say that I've tagged along with you for awhile now, here and other boards and never really chimed in but wanted to let you know that through all the heretics, worshipers, and even stalkers you get back to people while running a massive work operation.....and that is something that I don't think I could do if I were in your shoes......when I ran 20 lights I was on a short fuse and to offer up your steps of procedure for all and still answer noobs.......you are a patient person.

Grabbed lots of tips from you along the way, the trellis as a plant hanger during chop was one that helped us out a lot, the wet floors while blamming the co2 was another one but I'm not here to go balls deep on ya, I appreciate the knowledge passed but I wanted to pose two situations to you that I don't think have been discussed.

Seed Runs

So I've done runs where we popped over 200+ beans and the way we did it back then, numbers weren't a concern was to take 2-4 clones off of every plant......that way we would have males and females and could compare notes etc......I'm doing a big seed run currently and numbers are an issue.........I was wondering how your team approaches it......for this run I'm going to let everything flower out....cull males that i have many seeds of still as i can re pop more beans later if I want to breed with them and take cuts of the males that I have no more seeds of.........let the females flower out and take cuts near the end from the ones that look impressive and re-veg.....any thoughts on this.

The other thing I wanted to discuss is:

Soil

The way you approach your work is really motivating, we ran a very similar setup as you with the beds but we did full 4x8's instead of the 4x4's, popping 20-30 per light and blowing it out of the water.....I think coco might be the best medium for commercial growing because the end user has all the manipulation over it......also, you get the best of both worlds as far as salts go and introducing teas into the medium as it can take both.....but I also think there are pro's and con's to coco vs soil....this post will get exponentially longer if I go down that road so I ain't trying to fuck with it.....but it's a fun game to kinda compare the two and see where each one has a strength and a weakness.

I'm switching over to soil right now for my indoor 10k as I no longer am partnered up and soil allows for some more flexibility as far as watering goes and being on a well right now water is an issue......anyway, i'm digressing.....what I"d really like to see you do is build a super soil from the ground up.....maybe this one or something from this thread.....same principles as far recycling goes with coco but you don't have to pull roots as the roots are just more organic matter for the microbes to feast on.

.....and show some organic heads what is capable with pure organics in a huge room......I know a fellar or two that hit 2-3 per light with elite cuts in super soils and the flavor profiles of their product is off the chart.

you clearly have partnered up with the right people, and good on you for making the right moves.....with that partnering it gives you the luxury of trying out new and old techniques.....with that said I think it would be a pretty amazing show if you rocked pure organic soil beds and started class again.

sorry for the long ass ramble, but that's what happens when you sit on the sidelines and don't really chime in.......regardless of whether you take up this challenge or not, your thread is chock full of useful info and for that, I say respect.

I have ran Oragnics in soil beds 40 lights for the past 2 years...My COCO rooms always crushed them but I never did super soil .. Just switched them to COCO/Chow..Jack

what pics are which? I also saw rockwool vs chow which won??
You answered your own question just like I posted #80, #3 #37 First set of pics are#80 second set#3 third set #37, And are you asking which won as in what Yielded better? If so they just got flipped. Or which row is Rockwool the Rockwool row is the row in the smart pots..JACK

Teehee at that first part, and I know you ran soil beds but they were with roots organic bagged soil I believe and all I was saying is that if you were still running a room with soil, why not build your own mix and see how it fares..........if all the rooms are coco at this point, then it really depends on how idle your hands are.

Would still like to hear your approach on big seed runs if you have time to post on it.

Hey Jack. I was just rereading some older posts and was wondering something about your sea green usage. I know you've stated many times that you use sea green once a week with base nutes. My question is about a post you made stating that you add sea green to your tea right before feeding your plants....? Do you add sea green to your tea every time? Do you still do one day a week of sea green/base nute?

Thanks:thank you:

No Idel hands here I may try some super soil or custom mix in the future. As far as seeds the only way I have found to truly find a keeper is to clone the seed original seed plant run the clone or clones then take the best ones and run them 2 times more the best stable most consistant ones are the keepers they have to have it all vigor, smell ,taste,Yield bag appeal I look for a 9 or a 10 out of 10.

Crumbs your looking for crumbs and I gave you a steak dinner.....You answered your own questions kind of..:comfort: nothing is exact it's ok to do tea with sea green every time or just once with base or just once with tea or both times as long as there is sea green, If the plants look great I keep it to a minimum if they need a little boost then I give them what they need the plant shows us what it needs...
