hey do you ever remove some big fan leaves in veg and first couple weeks of flowering. to let in more light to some lower branches

Me too

Me too

Looking forward to seeing the pics

I am having reservations about some of the times stated, mainly veg times and bud set times as I have seen many gardens/
Warehouses that replicate jacks yields but I've never seen the growth shown in his pix at the times he is stating. We hit 2.5+ w similar plant counts per table but we veg longer.

With the dense pack of plants per light, grown well you couldn't veg much longer without overcrowding the table.

2.5 per light with your veg time or Jack's is proper work.

So I am starting coco beds , heavy16,aptus line, drippers, sealed co2, caps . Running ghost og and chemdog4x alien og. I hope to have it up and running in the next 20 days. Gonna pre veg 3-4 weeks before I try the 14 day veg on the next flip.:tumbleweed:
Pre vegging does not work good in beds you need a couple weeks for the roots to grow Lateral root growth is key.. JACK
I'd like to read a fair smoke report on jacks buds.

Its been covered at week 5 and to harvest we remove fan leaves every day.

This has been covered this is why I spent 2 years popping thousands of seeds to find a few special phenos I have shown different phenos how some look like a normal plant at week 4 when others look like week 6 at week 4 and vise versa I have thrown out many phenos that some would call real special but when I look for a pheno it has to be a vigorus bitch that finishes fast,Smells great and taste great, It has to have it all thats why I tend to grow alot of Hybrids, At week 5 most OG's look like there just starting..With 20 to 30 plants per 1 k vegging for more then 14 days is a complete waist of time and money. unless you have a plant that dosen't stretch and vegges like a snail..

I'm all in

I'm all in

I have everything for the h16, aptus room already so that alone says I'm commited. I will have a lead in time that should have the beds in and growing in two weeks. This thread has me changing up a few things. At the end of the day I want quality w my yield this is why I'm trying this nute combo. The reason I am going to beds is the money and labour saved by recycling gold label coco. Ease of trellising, and also eliminating your veg room lights, cooling etc. i can't wait to see how it goes.

As far as how often to feed Aptus 1 to 2 times a week for there boosters in flower has worked good for us. In veg start boost and fasilitor every other watering, You can use fasilitor more often but we have found alternating between sea grean and fasilitor works great.Jack

Thanks for the tip...it has been quite pricey using Aptus with every watering. Question if I hand water 3 gallon smart pots drain to waste every 2-3 days...would you suggest any different watering combos with Aptus, base, & OG Bio War? Reason I ask is because you water daily...and since I don't I was wondering if it would be any different? Sorry if I asked a stupid question. Just want to be efficient yet economical with my nutes. Your thread is incredibly helpful. Thanks!

Getting ready to flip the Chow vs Rock wool crutons, The room had a little issue with getting the watering down on the rock wool side they seem to like 1 time a day way more then 3 times a day in veg. But I think I got it sorted and will flip Monday.. The Crutons seem to retain water pretty good roots finally staing to kick out on the rock wool side, Chow side is on cruise control and over vegged waiting for the rock wool side to catch up..Pic #2 CHOW MIX Pic #3 Rockwool Crutons.

Chow cleaning vs coco cleaning

Chow cleaning vs coco cleaning

Jack do you think clearing roots from chow is more tedious than just coco derooting. I'm still on the fence between using pure gold label coco or chow mix. What do u think as far as performance and ease of flipping of the two?

Same shit its all alot of work nothing is easy, But what I run is Gold Label or Canan coco 5 Bags per 4x4 and 2 bags Hydroton seems to be a really good combo, Add more Hydroton if you want to water more often less if you want to water less and so on..Its all a matter of what works with your growing style.
damn that 43 is a winner! good balance of quality and cash cropping potential..

rooms looking awesome as always..
Thanks Bro ..:tiphat:

So clearly wifi is like the hot shit now. I personally never tried it. Ive had the white and it reminded me of dutch herb. Like white widow or something. Not much flavor but a lot of punch and super frosty. Fire og is one of my favorite strains ever so adding the frost seems awesome if you still get flavor. Super well done. Jack, you ever run a cheese cut?
