The point is I dont care if he is a rep. he reps a damn good product. it is pricey, but worth it. when it catches on and they sell more bulk price will drop. competitors will come around, etc.
It is not the same thing at all. Silica blast is literally just silica broken down into a liquid. Aptus is Silic and borric acid. Silica blast is like a watered down over priced base ingredient. you have to be a chemist and have very expensive equipment to properly make the base ingredients of the aptus facilitator. You also have to know the ratios that works. you can kill you plants with the same acids at the wrong rates. It takes a lot of education. I can make sillica blast with water and silica rocks. That takes a bucket and water and silica rocks
The way culture in soil works the base ingredients of silica and boron are broken down naturally and one of the by products is the acids. This does not happen in a soil less medium so it is very helpful to have the acid. Double helpful in actual soil.
What the acids do aka the Aptus facilitator is allow the plant to eat EVERYTHING you give it. Silica blast does not do that. It does strengthen your branches and buds though. Aptus is a completely different product. I use both products for different things.

Jack thats funny .....My wifi keeper is always having an identity crises. One minute it doesnt stretch like the white and then one second it stretches looking like the fire side. Ive never seen a keeper sway soo much. Even variation in the bud, but its always dank.

Hey Jack and Dutch Im new to the site and do not know how to directly email you guys but i am just wondering if you can give us a run down on how you run the aptus? I am a week into veg and clearly jumped in over my head. I ran start boost with my canna and my plants freaked out after week one and started looking on here only to find most people are only using it once or twice a week? mad props to you guys! I am currently running 4 1k lights in my home grow. Eventually i will post pics but i am usually hitting 1:1 and this is only my third cycle. i was running advanced but now all i can find is PH perfect and that shit sucks! so any advice with the aptus would be great i am a sponge and will not be one of these tent growers bashing on you cuz you have a sick set up. They are like me and just jealous.

There are a million and one ways to grow and myself and Jacks methods both work very well ( Jacks more that mine)However that dont mean it will work good for everyone
Let me know a little more on your environment, Base nute, additives, Grow media, and how do you feed, water temp, PH level

perfect! I am using the Canna A&B.... right now my medium is the cyco coco peat mix. i mix a batch of 30gallons at a time in a garbage can that has RO water transfered to it. I feed by had with a pump and hose. My plants freaked when i got them transplanted... they went from being under a T5 to under 4 1000w hps hortalux's. fed them 150ppm cal mag then added the recommended facilitor ratio cant think of what it is at the moment... and then even ratio of a and b canna to get up to 1000ppm and PH to 5.8.... one of the feedings last week, i did use the start boost since im still in veg but my plants all turned blotchy yellow like large yellow blotches with no specific pattern. I have not been aware of keeping the water at a certain temp. i would guess its at what my room temp is or a little hotter. my room temp stays at 80f and humidity is at 40%. this all seems normal to me so all i could figure was a shock. the other odd thing that i have notticed is that my mixed batch of nutrients the next morning has dropped drastically? like down to a 4.8??????? so i am guessing it is doing that in the coco? thanks for your advice as i am new to growing and wanting to start right by using the best as soon as i could afford it lol
You can't go from a T5 to 4 x1000 watts, The first few days I raise my lights all the way up and only turn on a few lights if my cuttings have not been placed in the room for a couple days to adjust to the different climate, Or My cuttings have never been under 1000 watt lights You also need to get your humidity up to 60% I would suggest raising your temp some also. You basicly took your little plants and blasted them with lights and nutriens I like to start out at EC of 0.7-0.8 just base and calmag and once they get going then you can start feeding them addatives. Always start off nice and slow and you will see them start to take off then you can start giving them a little more light and nutrien. JACK

I follow the Aptus feed chart start out once a week with the additives. Start boost is great for blowing out roots its good stuff you can use it every couple waterings in veg make sure the first thing you addd is fasilitor.Hope this helps JACK

Jacks right. Raise temp humidity, lower light intensity and nute strength. For that medium I'd go 6.0ph. 6ml/gal a & b 3ml/gal cal mag.they might get funky at first but will get used to it within a week or so. Start boost is fine as is sea green. Think I'm coming out at 1.1-1.0 ec gonna try even lower next batch plants are loving it. If I read that right he's dropping nutes out of suspension if he did cal mag before facilitor.
P.s. jack I ran heavy + aptus. Not all strains responded well, I blame the heavy as soon as I switched to it they yellowed and never came back while others thrived. None the less I broke that rooms record by almost 15 lbs go figure. To all the whiners about price, I spent about 2700 $ on aptus for one run. Got 15lbs extra... ill take that trade any day. Jury still out on quality but I had zero experience with heavy, I'm more comfortable with canna and I'm pretty sure ill be right around 2.5+ this round. Really wanna get this aptus dialed as I think it can help me hit that ever elusive 3per eventually.

I'm pretty confident Aptus + Canna will get U great result too. I'm in soil and run Biocanna + Aptus for the first time and I'm already very happy with the result
