What is your preferred medium? Was it coco? You got me real interested.

I am feeding with Aptus twice a week. Wonder if I am just wasting the 2nd weekly feeding.

I know the Aptus nutrient calc only says once a week.

Less is always more with COCO so here is the ticket to making it all work a light EC all the way through 1.0 to 1.3 and Aptus feed 1 to 2 times a week. On base days only base no cal mag Once a week Caps Teas, And from day 1 of veg to the end of week 3 flower the rooms temp are 85 to 90 degrees with CO2 at 1000 to 1200 after week 3 temps 79 to 80 .

This is the run with Cana as base nutes, For what we do I prefer straight coco.But chow is great also.

Couldn't imagine in beds. Going back to mixing in 20-30% of either hydroton, perlite, and/or coarse coco chips to get better aeration.

Nothing new most people running co2 never get there temps high enough to allow the plants to use it. A room thats 85 to 90 degrees with 60 to 65% humidity feels like a sana.

Where is Cana or Gold label after a 14 day veg the beds are a solid root mat drainage is fine. The key is to not water as often in veg havent had any issues with drainage and run off.

I got so depressed watching that movie! Not exact, but many parallels some of us can relate to in this industry. Sobering was the reality of the consequences for being on the forefront of this movement.


Jack....you are the man. You have inspired me to build a 16 site, 8 gal, 3"pipe, 4k, UC system myself...diy styles. I'm on my second run now and all i have to say is WOW. First run of monkey balls was my best healthiest most explosive growth i've ever seen. Now I'm doing Berry White and had problems since brewing a tea (ewc, seabird guano, liquid karma, great white, molasses). Since flushed and created a sterile run and no more high ph issues and stalling plants. I've been running all botanicare, CNS veg and bloom, LK, sweet, silica blast, cal mag+ etc.

A few new nute lines are out and I'm ready to try something better formulated for UC systems.
Heavy 16 and Current Solutions seems to get a lot of recent praise.
IYO What recipe would work best for sterile UC grow?

^ damn thats a lot of plants per light, must be a quick veg. my partner likes to run 20-25 plants per light in 4 inch rockwool cubes. when i was doing rockwool i preferred 10-15 in 6 inch cubes. now i do organic soil and just put how ever many fit haha cuz different sized pots from2 gal to 5 gal.

this was an awesome documentary cuz it just shows how heartless these retards can be. this guy was a good dude, endorsed by all the players in the city and their city hall. he did all the right steps and was in it for the right reasons.. i wouldnt have been as upset if it was just some cut throat rich business man investor trying to make a quick buck.. but it was a legit sick person trying to help other sick people in his community and making sure he took all the right steps so he wouldnt get in trouble. then cuz of one prick sherriff the govt came and raped him. they even made the landlord evict him. pieces of shit, i cant wait till we get it legalized.

ive seen jack do under current, coco beds and organic soil and test out almost every nutrient line on the market and document them all on these forums for us. the man deserves an award. hes not some dude that fills up a warehouse trying to make a quick buck. hes a man that loves the plant like we do hes just made it to the top haha. super props.
