3 weeks in with Aptus shits blowing up around here..

Th yield was pretty equal with the 4 adjusto wings and the 3 Gavitas .. But the single Gavita vs single Adjusto wing over the cookies was almost 3 times the yield...Doing a bunch more testing im not ditching the Adjusto wings just yet but if I built a new room it would be all Gavita or Phillips E Papillon..

Small correction. The Gavita's max is 1150 not 1250.

I am 95% positive you can't but, not sure if it was their plasma
that they were talking about.

Myself, I'm not sure if it's the ballasts or the bulbs that are making the difference on these guys' grows. Gonna try the mogul philips' bulbs before I go buying ballasts.

phillips is also making a ballast hood and bulb combo and the hood is above and beyond the gavita hood . i have them side by side and the canopy temps are a lot coooler with the phillips hood design..

same ballast same bulb between phillips and gavita .. one has a superior hood design

Curious if the superior hood by Phillips is replaceable like the Gavita.

I know the Gavita's hoods are meant to be replaced as they, like all reflective hoods degrade with time.

yes the hood on the phillips snaps in and out similar to the gavita
