I was about to moan about the heat here , but I see some of you guys have it worse than me...it’s more the humidity though, impossible to cool down.

I’m not a fan of the heat.
Roll on winter imho.

Pleasantly lacking in any intense humidity here, and a fine, warm +78 f. in the back yard, in the shade of the barn at the moment.

Didn't check the mercury and glass thermometer on the front porch steps to compare to the barn temp, as I was out walking my wife's poodle around the yard and being cautious not to stress my back; first time outside today.

Heavy rain right now. Looking forward to this weekend when it's going to be 90+ degrees. Planning on parking my ass at the beach and lots of cold beer.

Outa' rep again...

Overcast, in synch with the cooler theme of this year's spring and early summer, the dial on the barn claims +59 f.

Freshly fertilized plants in the veggie and spud gardens, as well as others receiving 'juice' late last night, to include various berries, all look like they're considering a light goose down vest. Cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower, as usual, couldn't care less.

Odd enough for our typical late June here, but the Spring was also very cool.

Planted on time this year, only to be burned by the Plans already implemented by the Cosmos, that sent nearly everything into near-dormancy on many days that should've been relatively hot.

You just can't order good weather any more, and have it delivered in a timely manner. Ought to be someone to complain to about that.

Tuesday's low was 109 in Quriyat, Oman. Maybe it's a dry heat. Summer nights here can be 90 and windless past midnight. Fans do nothing. Days are more pleasant even if it is 100.

i'm going into random beer stores just to stand in their walk-in coolers pretending to look for an off-brand beer. :woohoo:
I stopped at a country store on the way to a wedding yesterday, went into their beer cave and didn’t want to leave.

The clerk was great, he knew what I was doing. I came out after 5-10 minutes with a 6-pack and asked if I could go back in and he said “sure, just don’t drink anything in there.”

dang! I've got a bunch more funny pics, super duper beautiful pics, etc to post.......

but me & Suzi are gonna go back outside to enjoy the 40% humidity & 75F temps.

I allow tall grass to grow in my side yards, the Monarch butterfly's have moved in on the milkweed that grows here, they'll be gone in a couple of weeks during their migration; one kept flying over my head even though I was sitting under my covered veranda :)

yeah!!! It's almost like that.................................. :nono:

I've got 74F & 54% humidity, a nice steady breeze 10-12mph keeping those mosquitoes away, Suzi's basking in the sunshine whilst I relax in the shade :) we're headed back outside.

see you guys in a bit ;)
