it was sunny & 69F today, windy as all get out though but pleasant to sit in the sun, little Suzi was hot on the scent of bunnies in n' around the big burn pile I have in the backyard.

winds were out of the SSE today 15-20mph steady, with gusts as high as 35.

a little rain maybe tonight & 75F predicted for tomorrow, then at sunset I'll take a picture of the remaining snow around my home yet, sorta crazy but we have thick ice on the lakes if you can safely get your 4wheeler across the receding ice along the shore.......

I'd be tickled if it was 50 to 55F every morning at 7 am and 70 to 80 F every afternoon at 5 pm....
Oh, and humidity around 50%....

Where in the world can I move to that's like that?

not even gonna look @ the gauges, it's about 75-77F, sunny, maybe 45% humidity, sporadic 10-15mph breezes keeping the mosquitoes away. it's daze like this that make all the winter's suffering worthwhile.......

our summer will be filled with days like this, last yr only 1 day above 90F, only a handful @ 85 degrees & the rest were obviously less. it will be in the mid 40s tonight, in the dead of summer many nights are in the 50s, great fireplace or campfire weather :)

btw, after a fast buzz I'm headed back outside to enjoy this big mug of coffee, chicken's in the oven, Suzi's gonna bask in the sunshine whilst I chill in the shade ;)

Maine for 3 months.

Here on Folly Beach summer has set in. Kinda late really. 70 at night 90 during the day. Afternoon thunderstorms always possible. No waves in the foreseeable future

oh baby!!! another day in paradise!

Sunny, 76F w/only 30% humidity and a light breeze blowing from the west. Mosquitoes (the Minnesota state bird btw) were few and far between as the were several squadrons of dragon flies hoovering overhead noshing on any 'skeeters me & my dog Suzi might have been attracting, a symbiotic relationship if there ever was one.

since I last posted (6/5) we've had only one day of rain (raining mostly @ night) and again most days I drag a big mug of java outside & either enjoy watching the highway traffic go by or sitting in the side yard waiting with Suzi for something interesting to step out of the forest.

just made another big mug of joe to go, cya's in a bit....... ;)

Warm enough where I am using a Koozie for my beer. Been very sunny and will continue to stay dry in the extended forecast. Its been good for the plants so I can dial in exactly the amount of water they need. Last year had a lot of rain which led to bud rot.

Feels like dog days of summer here but we're a month away. Plants are powering though it and I'm flooding them with tea once a week.

109 for the high and 80 for the low.If the summer wasn't like this then we'd be like California and that's way too many people.
