the last of February's snow has fallen, another 7 inches & of course I'm waiting to be plowed out, when the state plow trucks come through on the highway they leave about a 2 foot snow bank @ the top of my driveway.
March can be a bear though, and we can even have some big snow in April. Keeping my fingers crossed as to hopefully not decimating my winter's budget
Getting some freezing nights, I am tumbling like crazy to get it all done...

march can be the most f'd up month on the calendar
i've seen -20f in march, i've also seen +80f
and the snow storms can be epic, hoping no more epic in my lifetime
reality, however, will have the final say(as usual)
I've been through some major storms, both here in MN & back in NY as well.
Halloween night 1991, Duluth got 37inches, we got 28"
NYC Feb of '78, over 2 feet of the white poop fell in a 24 hour period, winds were so vicious that we had drifts of over 4 feet, everywhere. I was lucky enough to have a posi-trac rear end in my El Camino, leaving it loaded with snow for good weight I got it home & then to stores when lanes were cleared 2 days later.
in both of those storms (and any other big ones) it's not snow plowing, it's snow removal that needs to be done. and now I have about 8 or 9 inches to remove from my car before I can head to town, I'm thinking of delaying that trip until tomorrow.
me & the bank had concurred, 42F today & sunny.
but hadda lock 'em up to avoid a deer, then the pedal went right to the floor, flock!

28 F last night, hard freeze on car windows. don't think it will get that low tonight...
28F now, going down to 9 tonight
but a sweltering 38F is predicted for tomorrow.......

36f last night - Flash Flood watch tonight - an inch an hour
5F now, 42 for tomorrow and the next few days of the same.......

Looks like the Southern Maine coast is going to be in for a beating today I sure picked a good day to go to the Toyota dealership
