So Sidney Powell pled guilty in GA and got a years probation.
Do you think part of the plea deal is cooperation with the prosecutors?

I thought it was only one year?

It is only one year. Her probation sentence runs concurrently. So all 6 convictions run off at once instead of individually.

I suspect Trich's handlers will have some large packets for him to distribute over the coming days with both Powell and Cheseboro pleading guilty.

so, with Scott Hall, that makes 3 guilty plea deals that require them to testify in upcoming trials. almost enough to make a choir.

they're all just "a-sanging like canaries", as they say here in the heart of Dixie.

and, one of Trump's lawyers in the DC fraud case, John Lauro, doesn't have a license to practice there.

now that Jim Jordan's hopes for the speakership of the House have been shot down for the last time it also shows a decline in support for Trump in Congress.

he was one of the most vociferous supporters of #45 and one who would not admit the cries of "voter fraud" were fraudulent.

the old "snowball" has begun rolling down the hill and it's picking up speed and mass as it goes.

112 voted to dump Jordan and 86 wanted him to stay. Considering that Jordan was Chumps boy, it does look like a majority of republicans are wanting to distance themselves from the whole trump thing. Coincidentally this comes at the time when trumps lawyers are throwing him under the bus

At first I thought Powell and Chesebro got off easy with Powell getting misdemeanors and no jail time. Maybe they even get to keep their law licenses if they are not revoked by state ethics committees.Thinking about it more, the value of their testimony is huge in putting away the big Cheeseburger. There is also a high likelihood of street justice later on from right wing wackos, so they are never really off the hook.
