...and now you want to make sense? except for the lie about President Trump, and term limits for Supreme, i would agree with your statement.

no one should profit from taking office and no lobbying after term completed.
the shysters know which corporations to invest in and craft/structure legislation benefiting both them and the corporations not their constituents. Fascism.

term limits definitely, as well as age restrictions should apply.

Anyone doubt the Deep State wants Biden gone? Watch fast piece on CNN of all places.

right now bidens admin is telling legacy media not to report on hunter and joes impeachment proceedings.

here:

and Wapos top political pundit, David Ignatious, is urging biden to drop out of '24 race.

here:

and i agree. here he is saying stupid sh*t again...

joe's supporting the Nazis in Ukraine with over 100billion$ and the poor souls in Maui can't even get the flag flown half staff. this man is insulting every American with his lies, avarice, and corruption.

finally mccarthy is bringing impeachment proceedings so we may see the evidence of his collusion and treachery although mitch says it won't go to vote in the senate. we'll see. i believe the oversight committee has the goods.

What lie about Trump? First of all, he's not the president. He's 77 years old, and that is too old for the presidency.

The man is functionally illiterate. He speaks in non-sequiturs. Can you diagram that sentence? His statements border on dementia and are delusional.

There is one thing I can promise you. If Trump gets the nomination the Republican party will lose yet another race for president. I think that would be a shame. You are talking about a man who has lost the popular vote in 2 consecutive elections. The second one by almost 8 million votes.

You still don't get the fact that the last election was not a vote for Biden, it was a vote against Trump and all that he stands for.

Real patriots believe in the Constitution. The MAGA Republicans have turned their backs on the Constitution.

I think they should both drop out of the race and let some younger blood have a shot at it.

editing to say that Trump supports the Nazi's in the US.

Hunter Biden Indicted on Federal Firearms Charges – But Don’t Expect FARA Charges

September 14, 2023 | Sundance | 171 Comments

Three days ago, the DOJ filed a motion in court to quietly drop the charges against former partner of Michael Flynn, Bijan Rafiekian {DOJ pdf Link}. The initial case was created by the Muller team (Weissman) and encompassed the issue of violations to the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA). After one failed attempt at prosecution, the Mueller team turned the case over to the DOJ who were going to refile the charges. {Backstory Here} Instead, as noted, the DOJ recently dropped the case.
Why does this matter?
Hunter Biden worked as a foreign agent for Ukraine and Chinese interests. Hunter Biden never registered under U.S. laws which require foreign agent registration to represent the interests of a foreign government or entity. This is the same accusation that loomed over Bijan Rafiekian. The DOJ dropped the case against Rafiekian, because they will not be charging Hunter Biden for FARA violations. The DOJ does not want you to notice the timing.
Today, a federal grand jury indicted Hunter Biden for federal firearm violations. [4-page pdf HERE] This will be the extent of the criminal charges filed against Hunter Biden. Everything else will be swept under the rug. Biden will receive a soft sentence.
The larger DC narrative will now shift to Second Amendment issues, and the defense will argue the Second Amendment doesn’t disqualify drug users. This will put the discussion on a host of Second Amendment topics, which the Biden administration will then seek to use as they advance the 2024 election narrative, and simultaneously require more rules, laws, restrictions and legislation about firearms.
Washington DC – President Joe Biden’s son is under indictment.
On Thursday, a Delaware grand jury indicted Hunter Biden on three gun-related charges, including illegally owning a firearm as a drug user and lying on a form when he allegedly bought the gun.

Thursday’s move is a major escalation in the Justice Department’s probe of Hunter Biden, heightening both his legal jeopardy and his father’s political peril. The courtroom fight will play out in tandem with a Republican impeachment inquiry into the president that is scrutinizing his son’s business dealings.
The indictment notes that when buying guns, people must fill out a form saying — among other things — that they do not use illegal drugs. In October 2018, the indictment continues, Biden bought a gun despite being a drug user. It says he owned a Colt Cobra revolver for about 11 days — from “on or about” Oct. 12, 2018, until “on or about” Oct. 23, 2018.
If convicted, Biden could face up to 25 years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines. However, sentences are often issued below the maximum length allowed, and some defendants don’t face jail time at all.
Lawyers for Hunter Biden did not immediately return a request for comment. (read more)

The tax violations will be handled as an agreement with the IRS. The FARA violations will never surface. The Biden corruption ‘pay-to-play’ scheme will not be prosecuted by the DOJ and will be left to the game of pretending in congress (impeachment). Hunter will receive probation.
We accept the DC corruption as it is, not as we would wish it to be.
Joe Biden will not be the Democrat nominee in 2024.

and....

PART 5: FALSE FLAG OPERATION HELPS BIDEN "PERSUADE" PRESIDENT YANUKOVYCH TO FLEE

Civilians get massacred to make protestors angrier

false-flag-operation-helps-biden-persuade-president-yanukovych-to-flee.png

On February 18th, villainized president Yanukovych apparently once again unleashed his brutal riot police force onto the protestors in Independence Square (Maidan). People appearing to be "cops" began to violently attack the protestors yet again. Two days later on February 20, the police brutality climaxed, causing many Maidan protesters to be killed. BBC News reports that "it was the deaths of at least 88 people, many of them protesters shot dead by uniformed snipers in 48 hours of bloodshed" that finally brought Yanukovych down.
According to NBC News's description of the February 20 massacre, "At least 50 anti-government protesters were killed [...] including many who were shot by snipers. It was the bloodiest day in months of demonstrations." This article adds that "The dozens of people who lost their lives during the Maidan Revolution became known as the 'Heavenly Hundred.' A stretch of the street where many of them were killed now bears that name."
The very next day on February 21 following the killing of the 'Heavenly Hundred' shot by the uniformed snipers in the crowds, Biden and Nuland's efforts almost culminated. Yanukovych agreed to sign a European Union-mediated peace pact with the 3 opposition leaders Klitschko, Tyahnibok and Nuland's "Yats." By signing this resolution, Yanukovych agreed to initiating early presidential elections and forming an interim unity government made up of himself and the 3 opposition leaders. This agreement also restored the 2004 constitution that limits presidential powers.
But the raging crowds were not appeased with the peace pact and agreement for democratic transfer of power after all the killings that had taken place the day before on the 20th, thanks to the U.S. and E.U.'s further condemnation of the massacre and the "police brutality." Kyivpost reports that "International outrage against Yanukovych quickly mounted after the deaths, prompting the European Union and United States to apply financial and visa sanctions against top Ukrainian officials." The same Kyivpost article states that Yanukovych was also losing support with the defections of lawmakers from his own party as well as police officers. Protesters kept calling for Yanukovych's immediate resignation, or else threatening violance. On February 22, 2014, Yanukovych got cold feet. He abandoned his post as president and and fled Kyiv.
What had caused Yanukovych to disgracefully flee despite his agreement with his opposition that guaranteed a peaceful transition of power through early elections? The answer is found on page 98 of Joe Biden's memoir "Promise Me, Dad" (Flatiron Books, Kindle Edition). In this memoir, Biden brags about how he persuaded Yanukovych to "walk away:"
"I made the last of many urgent calls to Yanukovych in late February of 2014, when his snipers were assassinating Ukrainian citizens by the dozens and we had credible reports that he was contemplating an even more vicious crackdown. I had been warning him for months to exercise restraint in dealing with his citizens, but on this night, three months into the demonstrations, I was telling him it was over; time for him to call off his gunmen and walk away. His only real supporters were his political patrons and his operators in the Kremlin, I reminded him, and he shouldn’t expect his Russian friends to rescue him from this disaster. Yanukovych had lost the confidence of the Ukrainian people, I said, and he was going to be judged harshly by history if he kept killing them. The disgraced president fled Ukraine the next day."
Was the above really all that Biden had told Yanukovych to persuade a sitting president to dishonorably desert his post and run?
Biden's capable of using much stronger "persuasive" language than the above, such as threatening to get a Ukrainian president assassinated, reveals another leaked audio recording (loads slowly) of a phone conversation between Biden and his puppet Poroshenko who replaced Yanukovych. This conversation took place just 2 weeks after Donald Trump got elected president in 2016. During the conversation, Biden began telling Poroshenko that he didn't want Ukraine to start getting indebted to Trump by accepting monetary aid from the Trump Administration. Biden ordered Poroshenko to try to find the funds his country needs through International Monetary Fund loans — or else Poroshenko's "economic as well as physical security" would be in jeopardy, Biden said. Biden told Poroshenko these exact words captured on video:

“This is getting very, very close to what I don’t want to have happen. I don’t want Trump to get in a position where he thinks he’s about to buy onto a policy where the financial system [of Ukraine] is going to collapse and he’s going to be looked to pour more money into Ukraine.
That’s how he’ll think about it before he gets sophisticated enough to know the detail.
So, anything you can do to push the PrivatBank to closure so that the IMF loans comes forward [for the funds Ukraine needs], I would respectfully suggest is critically important to your economic as well as physical security.”

What could Biden have meant by the "detail" Trump may come to "know" when he got "sophisticated enough," if Poroshenko were to let himself get indebted to him? Whatever this "detail" may be, it was important enough to endanger the puppet president's "economic as well as physical security.”
Plenty of convincing "detail" is revealed in a September 2015 paper in Oriental Review by Dr. Ivan Katchanovski from the University of Ottawa, which lays out conclusive evidence of the way the the bloody February 20, 2014 massacre that killed the "Heavenly Hundred" in Maidan was a false flag operation.

After Yanukovych was "persuaded" by Biden to flee for his life in ignominy, the Ukrainian parliament impeached and removed him from office hours after he abandoned his Kiev office to protesters. The interim government that formed did install Nuland's "Yats" as prime minister to lead the country until the early presidential elections scheduled for May 2014. "Yats" did sign the the trade pact with the European Union that Yanukovych had refused to sign way back at the beginning of the protests. This caused Russia to finalize the annexation of Crimea it had started. Ukraine's early May presidential election did bring NATO-friendly Poroshenko into power. Everything ended exactly the way the Obama Administration had planned — except — Ukraine's General Prosecutor had been snooping around. But Biden succeeded at taking care of this too, followed by ordering his puppet Poroshenko to restructure Ukraine's entire General Prosecutor's office "including the General Inspection," as has been pointed out in PART 2.
The Deep State operatives had indeed landed "jelly side up on this one."

Burisma boss in alleged Biden bribe scheme claims to have 15 taped conversations with Hunter, 2 with Joe: Grassley

By Steven Nelson
June 12, 2023 Updated June 13, 2023, 1:56 p.m. ET

WASHINGTON — The FBI source who reported President Biden’s alleged role in a bribery scheme said that a Ukrainian businessman claimed to keep as “insurance” 15 audio recordings of first son Hunter Biden and two of Joe Biden, a Republican senator revealed Monday.
Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) made the staggering claim in a Senate floor speech after FBI Director Christopher Wray last week allowed House Oversight Committee members to see a redacted informant file about the claim that Hunter and then-Vice President Joe Biden received $5 million apiece to serve the interests of Burisma Holdings owner Mykola Zlochevsky.
“Congress still lacks a full and complete picture with respect to what that document really says. That’s why it’s important that the document be made public without unnecessary redactions for the American people to see,” said Grassley, accusing the bureau of needlessly redacting information about the recordings from the file shared with House lawmakers.
“Let me assist for purposes of transparency,” the 89-year-old went on. “The 1023 [form] produced to that House committee redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them. Seventeen total recordings.

“According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden,” Grassley continued. “According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then-Vice President Joe Biden. These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case he got into a tight spot. The 1023 also indicates that then-Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burisma employing Hunter Biden.”

The senator concluded: “So, as I’ve repeatedly asked since going public with the existence of the 1023, what, if anything, has the Justice Department and FBI done to investigate? The Justice Department and FBI must show their work. They no longer deserve the benefit of the doubt.”

It’s unclear if the FBI has possession of any of the purported tapes.

“Congress still lacks a full and complete picture with respect to what that document really says. That’s why it’s important that the document be made public without unnecessary redactions,” said Sen. Chuck Grassley.

The Constitution shields members of Congress from prosecution for anything they say during congressional speeches or debate, meaning Grassley cannot be prosecuted for revealing sensitive information.

Grassley learned of the informant file this year from a whistleblower and told House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), who issued a subpoena to the FBI. The informant is a longtime paid FBI source.

Grassley said the FBI’s alleged disinterest in the Biden bribery allegation contrasts with its treatment of former President Donald Trump, who on Tuesday will become the first former president arraigned on federal charges for allegedly mishandling classified information after he left office.

“It’s clear that the Justice Department and FBI will use every resource to investigate candidate Trump, President Trump and former President Trump,” Grassley said. “Based on the facts known to Congress and the public, it’s clear that the Justice Department and FBI haven’t nearly had the same laser focus on the Biden family.”

Trump was indicted in the classified documents case by special counsel Jack Smith.

A different special counsel, Robert Hur, is investigating Biden’s handling of classified documents from his Senate years and vice presidency that were found in his Delaware home and post-vice presidency DC office.

Biden on Thursday attempted to laugh off the bribery allegation against him, telling a Post reporter, “Where’s the money?” before adding, “I’m joking. It’s a bunch of malarkey” at the conclusion of a White House press conference with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

The bribery allegation against Biden was first made in 2017, but the informant file read by House lawmakers last week was created by the FBI in June 2020 after that tip received fresh attention.

Several Republicans said the document accuses the Bidens of getting paid a total of $10 million in 2015 and 2016 in exchange for the then-vice president advocating the ouster of Ukrainian prosecutor general Viktor Shokin.

Joe Biden has publicly boasted of using $1 billion in US loan guarantees as leverage to get Shokin fired, though Democrats produced evidence during Trump’s 2020 impeachment trial that other US allies also wanted Shokin fired for his own corruption.

Lawmakers also said the document refers to Burisma attempting to partner with an American company. It’s unclear which company is cited, but the Ukrainian firm bought into a joint venture with US company Cub Energy in 2016 by acquiring a Canadian company’s shares.

Hunter Biden earned up to $1 million per year from 2014 to 2019 to serve on the board of Burisma, despite having no relevant energy industry experience.

Then-VP Joe Biden met with a Burisma executive at a DC dinner in April 2015, which featured in The Post’s explosive first report on Hunter’s abandoned laptop.

As vice president, Joe Biden also allegedly pushed US support for Ukraine’s natural gas industry during a trip to Kyiv just days after Hunter quietly joined Burisma in April 2014.

Obama administration visitor logs indicate he met the same month with Hunter’s partner Devon Archer, who was in the process of joining Burisma’s board alongside the then-second son.

Additional wealthy post-Soviet businesspeople worked with Hunter Biden, including Russian oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov, who shopped for US property investments with the then-second son and allegedly explicitly described an expected quid pro quo to a colleague — as his cellphone company MTS was under federal investigation by the Obama-Biden Justice Department.

During and immediately after his vice presidency, Joe Biden interacted with Hunter and first brother James Biden’s associates from countries including China, Mexico, Kazakhstan and Russia, according to laptop records, photos and witness recollections.

The White House did not immediately respond to The Post’s requests for comment. The FBI declined to comment.

Hunter Biden Indicted On Federal Firearms Charge

Hunter Biden has been indicted on three counts related to the possession of a gun while using narcotics, court documents show.

As Techno Fog notes via The Reactionary;
Here is the indictment, and here are the charges which all relate to the same 2018 purchase of a handgun:
Count 1:
In October 2018, in connection with the purpose of a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver, Hunter Biden knowingly made a false statement, “certifying he was not an unlawful user of, and addicted to, any stimulant, narcotic drug, and any other controlled substance, when in fact, as he knew, that statement was false and fictitious.” This is in violation of 18 USC sections 922(a)(6) and 924(a)(2).
Count 2:
In October 2018, in connection with the purpose of a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver, Hunter Biden made a knowingly false statement to the company that sold him the gun “certifying he was not an unlawful user of, and addicted to, any stimulant, narcotic drug, and any other controlled substance, when in fact, as he knew, that statement was false and fictitious.” This was in violation of 18 USC section 924(a)(1)(A).
Count 3:
In October 2018, Hunter Biden possessed the Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver “knowing that he was an unlawful user of and addicted to any stimulant, narcotic drug, and any other controlled substance” as defined under the US Code. This was in violation of 18 USC sections 922(g)(3) and 924(a)(2).
Here’s the issue - with the plea deal falling, through, is the original diversion agreement still valid? Hunter Biden’s attorneys think so. In response to the Weiss’s notice to the court that he would seek the grand jury indictment, Biden’s attorneys responded that the agreement was still in effect and that “Mr. Biden has been and will continue to follow the conditions of that Agreement.”
[ZH: Click Here for Techno Fog's in-depth legal analysis]
* * *
The move, a "historic indictment against the son of a sitting president," comes after an absurd plea deal fell apart, and days after House Republicans launched an impeachment inquiry which seeks bank records and other documents on the Biden family's business dealings.
The case is being overseen by special counsel David Weiss, who also headed the investigation. Weiss is a Trump appointee who was kept on as U.S. attorney for Delaware because of the sensitive and unique nature of the investigation into a president's son by the Justice Department, a part of the executive branch headed by the president. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland named Weiss special counsel in August, as negotiations over the tax and gun charges collapsed.
Of course, none of this has to do with perhaps the biggest grift in the US history - as the Biden family raked in more than $20 million from foreign sources - including figures in China, Ukraine, Russia and Romania, all funneled through a complex arrangement of corporations, according to House GOP investigators and whistleblowers who are currently seeking Biden bank records.
For example, in 2017, Hunter pulled in over $2.3 million - with $1 million of that coming from a company he formed with the CEO of a Chinese conglomerate. He also took in $664,000 from a Chinese infrastructure investment firm, $500,000 from a Ukrainian energy company (we assume to be Burisma), $70,000 from a Romanian business, $48,000 from an international law firm, and $666,000 from domestic business interests.
In 2018,
Hunter made over $2.1 million according to the unraveled plea deal - which came as his drug addiction went critical. According to Biden's memoir, cited by the document, that year saw "a spring and summer of nonstop debauchery."
According to the agreement, Biden was well aware of his tax liabilities from an accountant he hired. The accountant prepared Biden’s returns and sent them to him for review and signature. Despite repeated encouragement by his accountant, Biden never signed or submitted his returns.
According to the agreement, Biden failed to pay his taxes despite having the money to do so. By May 2019, he had spent money he could have used for that purpose “on personal expenses, including large cash withdrawals, payments to or on behalf of his children, credit card balances, and car payments for his Porsche.” -Bloomberg
By October 2021, Biden's tax liabilities for 2017 and 2018 had grown to $955,800 and $956,632 respectively - and were paid for by an unidentified third party. That personal also covered $45,661 and $197,372 to resolve outstanding tax issues from 2016 and 2019.

Earlier this year, the NYT reported that Hollywood entertainment lawyer Kevin 'bong rip' Morris lent over $2 million to Biden to help with his taxes.
Of note, an IRS whistleblower from the agency's criminal investigations unit told the House Ways and Means Committee in June that Hunter Biden illegally deducted tens of thousands of dollars spent on prostitutes and a sex club from his taxes, according to testimony from June 1 which was released by House Republicans.
"So some of the items that he deducted were personal no-show employees. He deducted payments that were made to who he called his West Coast assistant, but she was essentially a prostitute," said the whistleblower, who worked directly on the IRS's investigation into Hunter's tax issues, speaking of the younger Biden's 2018 return.
Another whistleblower, IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapely , told the committee on May 26 that he found several instances of Hunter expensing flights for prostitutes.
"There were multiple examples of prostitutes that were ordered basically, and we have all the communications between that where he would pay for these prostitutes, would book them a flight where even the flight ticket showed their name. And then he expensed those," said Shapely , who noted that they were expensed to Biden's consulting firm, Owasco, PC.
What's more, Hunter expensed a deposit for an elite Los Angeles sex club (which he was kicked out of for 'grabbing women's asses' and 'acting like a spoiled child').
But hey, he also owned a gun while being a junkie. Get 'em boys.
