 nobody likes Biden. but most folks dislike The Chump even more. "would you like four more years of advancing but benign senility, or would you rather jump straight into authoritarian road rage insanity ?"
Both Biden and trump have a full term to go by. It’s 2016-2020 vs 2020-2024. People can judge which era they preferred. Neither of them is the boogeyman.

Why vote for either poison? They both represent the Oligarchy, giving felatio to Wall St, the DoD, et al.

Imagine sufficient disgust in the general population that the masses vote for a much cleaner, much more sincere, far less evil option. Just imagine.

And the ONLY things that keep that from becoming a reality involve fears over how others' neighbors might vote (distrust of each other), Stockholm Syndrome (support the same bastards that have been fucking the Commoners over for a LONG time), partisanism (blind allegiance to a faded team jersey), and repetition of absolutely non-functional patterns in behavior, with little regard for how broken those patterns of behavior are, .... and lack of attention to the fact that neither mainstream political party actually represents the Commoners, as they sold their souls to the Oligarchy 40 years ago, when their respective national orgs, the DNC and RNC, decided that sucking Wall Street's dick was more important than listening to the worries or concerns of Main St.

Change it, or continue getting the same downward spiraling dog shit in the results. It's -really- that simple.
amen! the only real reason to vote is damage control

this is where you are fundamentally wrong. trump is the boogeyman. he's a stooge representing the ultra far right who for all intents and purposes, is pursuing a fascist agenda.

i'm not saying biden is not a stooge, but at least he's not threatening to force a religion based agenda on the majority. a twisted religion based agenda, at that!

about choosing which era 2016-2020 or 2020-2024, no matter which you prefer you will never see it again. you can never go back. times and conditions change. no matter what happens it will be different than anything you have experienced before.

the MAGA faction has openly stated that they are tired of the separation of church and state.

First Amendment Fundamental Freedoms

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

"no law respecting an establishment of religion"

this means for or against religion.

the project 2025 document should scare the living shit out of everyone.

you saw my cursory list of just some of the intended changes they want to force on the majority.

do you, hiddengems, agree with those changes?

“Wokeism” or identity politics mixed with “social justice” is a religion too.

who do they worship in this religion you speak of?

and everybody, on both sides are "woke" these days. no matter who says anything, someone on the other side is going to jump all over it before they can even finish a sentence.

aren't we already damaged enough??
we may be damaged beyond repair already but it's not one party's fault. the damage is the cumulative damage done by both parties over a very long time frame.

so assigning blame becomes an analysis of "which came first, the chicken or the egg?" and therefore, impossible.

we need more options.

although i disagree with some of the color coding, this agenda will see rioting like nothing the country has ever experienced before.

remember when trump was running in 2020 and his commercials showing the rioting over George Floyd and then saying that this is what the country will look like under the biden administration?

i wonder how many realized that what they were seeing was what was actually happening under the trump administration?

yep, isn't it strange how these self proclaimed jesus lovers don't act like jesus?

the great mahatma ghandi, when asked what he thought of christianity, replied, "i like jesus christ very much, he was a great man, i don't care for christians so much because they are so unlike their jesus christ."

It’s a religion because they will ostracize members who don’t believe in every single issue they way they are told. Just look at the woman who wrote Harry Potter. She’s a solid lefty, just doesn’t buy the trans stuff.

this is why the christians are talking about violence. they have realized that there has been a steady decline in believers relative to the general population.

and that they are losing the demographic battle. who resorts to violence first in a debate? it is always the losers of the debate. when they realize that the arguments they have presented are not changing minds and that they can't win with logical persuasion. violence is their only option to possibly win at that point.

what would jesus do? obviously, they think jesus would pull out his AR and slaughter the nonbelievers.

a pastor at a southern mega church recently said that if there were any democrats in the flock, they should leave because they are possessed by the devil and are demons sent to destroy christianity.

Many Americans stopped worshipping god and started worshipping the government.

my question is, what deity do they worship? you must have a deity to have a religion.

i can see you calling it a cult or a gang, but not a religion. most democrats are not far left, they are moderates with mixed feelings just like most republicans are not far right.

people are not just one way or the other. it's like a line with infinite points and infinite combinations of those points. people are spread out all along that line with the greatest concentration massed towards the middle of that line on both sides.

it's extremism that most folks don't want.

and the two party system is a device to split and alienate people into opposing groups so that they can be more easily controlled.
