Could be! But I am a bit suspicious of your watering as well.

Do you think any of the local lab would run a leaf analysis without freaking out if you hand delivered it to the lab? Is that a possibility?

However, your comments about less taco shell catches my attention.

Maybe there is a lot more of that calcium available than we think...

I wonder if Logan would run the [email protected] on your soil samples?

Some good friends used to use this lab and then they moved on. It was hard to dial in a lot of micros and P at that lab....

I think there are labs around, maybe I will send one off. I can send it to logan, see what they say.

Do you recommend me asking logan for the [email protected]?

I am going to work with the other lab you recommended, just not mid year. All my numbers are based on Logan, so I decided to let it ride this year. I have been really happy with Logan, they do anything I ask......for a fee of course.

I have a water meter, and it says my soil is in the optimal range. However it's a piece of crud. How about I take a 2" piece of pipe and take a core sample of my soil. See where is wet, and what is dry.

I am holding off taking pictures, because I don't want to load them up on this Avatar. Come this weekend, I will have pictures of some of these experiments.

I think fruit labs or something, but I tried them and didn't like the soil tests at all. I am going to call Logan right now and find out......No harm in asking. Maybe I will call it hemp.

Too bad about how things have transpired good friend.

I for one have known this guy for a while and he has always contributed elite outdoor and organic soil based gardening concepts and knowledge all of which has contributed very much so to the advancement of our tight knit community.

This is our place, sure sometimes things get said, that happens to us each and all at some point. Brothers and sisters should focus more here about the advancement of this holy plant.

I know other forums for other hobbies usually contain a subforum or subforms (with free speech warnings) for off topic subjects where anything goes that can be good and bad depending on the situation. Not always good but upon entering you know what you are getting into can't take the heat get vete de la cocina!

Cheers to all,
LT

Hey footy are you out there?

Looks like you have some issues going on trying to go back and look but having trouble whats the issue with the garden?

No major issues at all. Just trying to get everything dialed before flip.

Thanks for the kind words. The ban will be lifted Saturday, so more pics to come. I hope to have my tissue results by then also.

Foots,

Did the foliar results arrive?

Which leaves did you take from the plants? I forgot to plant some ideas....

They arrived, but I did not receive an e-mail back from them today. I requested they run it before the weekend, and they said they would. I didn't say send me the results, lol. I assume Monday I will get my results.

I took the freshest, fully mature leaf. I took the leaves at about 10 am, and took samples from every single plant, for two types of soil. I didn't retest plants in Eden soil, because they are humming along. Made sure I sent in 2+cups worth of material.

I didn't wash the leaves, but I did send a note with the last folair date, and asked for a wash if needed.

Just out of curiosity, why do you ask if they arrived as appose to did you get your tests...... Cause I was sweating bullets for a couple nights.

This type of regimen is exactly what I was telling everyone about. This gentleman is All Pro.

How do you know the samples arrived? Signed receipt with a tracking number?

Arriving would be my #1 worry. I think sending by mail is a federal offense. That was the reason I mentioned hand carrying them to a lab.

I would have recommended the second mature leaf, taken at four different positions at the same height, N, E, S, West....

I would have run 2 samples. Happy plants and not so happy plants.

No worries, the information should still be useful....

I don't really have any plants that are more or less healthy. They are all pretty uniform. Also, I did take leaves from at least two spots per plant, and I took them on the south side.

Tissue samples can't be put in plastic either, so it stunk! Is it illegal to send low THC cannabis through the mail? I know you can send hemp. Why not low THC sun leaves?

Glad somebody is on my side. Thanks buddy.

Ideally, samples would be washed and then dried at a low temperature, then packed in a plastic bag....

Without washing, the lab will pick up a lot more of your foliar applications compared to if they were washed.

yea, it had been a good 12 days since my last foliar application, before I sent the samples. That is why I left the note saying the date of last foliar and please wash if needed. I left the ball in their court.

Logan says to send fresh, in paper bags. I would rather dry them out myself, then send them in. Why is that better? Am I wrong most labs ask for fresh material?

Now that I think about it, I rinsed all my leafs with the hose on mist, about 4-5 days before I sent in the sample.......That helps. Well water, but helps.
