Look under the leaves for spide mite activity. How is your relative humidity? spider mites love dry hot climate - humidity is your friend that and spraying up on those lower leaves with safers or just water.
Where are those leaves on the plant? older leaves sometimes do that as a sign of lack of O2 to the roots.
Light burn tends to happen at the top of the plant and looks like this... hold on I'll be back with a picture of it...

ok - here is what light burn - or light bleaching looks like - sorry it's a small picture - but you get the idea - it will only occur on the part of the plant that is closest to the bulb - this bud site was probably 2" from the bulb right in the sweet spot - I tied her back and in a few days she greened up again.
p.s. - PH problems will also cause that type of leaf damage.
