Home roasted, conical burr grinder, french press with 205 degree water. The water temp is key. The drip pots are set around 165-185 so you don't get burned (gotta dumb it down for the general public).
I like to drink mine with a little milk. Home roasted is the best if you can't buy from a place that roasts regularly. I buy green beans and roast them in an old bread machine (lot's of home roasting videos on youtube).
