Howdy, y'all!
I need some experienced Zamaldelica growers to peep these two phenotypes and give me your best guesses as to what you think they are likely to express regarding aroma, potency, effect and genetic distribution (More malawi, more thai, more zamal, etc).

All I can give you are photos that show morphology and flowering speed, so I understand there're no guarantees, but this is my first ZM grow, so I am excited to anticipate each phenotypes unique qualities when determining which will be my keeper.

These photos were taken today - Day 1 of Week 11 of Flower. More details are available in my current grow thread (found in my signature).

Hi @Biosystem glad to see finishing your Zamaldelica grow :)
Bud in second pic: Zamal/Malawi. Third pic: Zamal/Thai. 4th: Balanced in the 3 sativas involved in Zamaldelica.

That stretchy Zamaldelica has grown like the longest Thais; she really stole the show! It’s been a while since I’ve seen such long nodes.

It certainly did stretch . . .

Zamaldelica finishing, nice dark jungle herb smell, no sweetness anywhere, very curious on her effect

Had a problem with accidental overnuting and had to flush her, so she looks a bit torn and wasted, im sorry 🙈
But the buds look nice and very big, and the smell is great. She made quite some f2s and will fall anytime Soon

@dubi Can you please advise me on harvesting window for these plants? They will be at 16 weeks of 12/12 on Monday. They look and smell amazing, but these trichs just aren't showing amber from the shots I've gotten. Your thoughts?

@dubi Shots from both phenos and then both of them together. This is my first Sativa grow, so any pointers is of immense help. Thanks!

@Biosystem from your shots i can see few clear or halfway cloudy trichomes. Some trichomes have the nippels what should be full rippeness as i have recently learned here.
Imo a week more and then they should be good.

Thank you for your input. I'm going to be honest. I'm starting to think these girls will just flower until the cows come home. Haha

Maybe try the next time lower the lighting to 11/13 the last third. That helps alot with finishing long flowering sativas.
Actually, I did switch to 11/13 this Monday or Tuesday, and I'm probably going to start doing that the whole run next time. My light is strong enough to take care of the DLI in that window, so I don't see much reason not to do it if it will shorten the flowering time without hurting yield. This is my first time running 11/13 as well.

Good tip!
