Day 50 - temp 23.9C rh 71% ph 8.8ish ec 1.2ish

3 out of 4 are flowering and the 4th is a day or two away. As you can see, the plant in the right back is a monster. It stretched and stretched some more and it is getting close to being a light scraper at 59” currently (150cm). The one in the back left – hard to make out - has stretched nicely and it is the best plant at this moment. The 2 in the front are on 9 inch booster seats to get them closer to something resembling canopy level. The rh is too high, but house rh is high due to weather and it is not hot enough to run the house ac in good conscious (or spousal approval), so I pruned the interior of the plants for airflow yesterday and I have a small up-firing fan in the middle of that mess. Once again, 2 plants would have been enough for the space . . .

Zamaldelica fem
looking well developed for 3rd week of September
I think "well" is quite an understatement. I'd have difficulties imagining a healthier plant.

Mine is quite slower, but flowering day by day. The first resin has a sweet carrot smell, which makes every other variable seem futile.

Getting ready here for winter sativa cycle. Popped 3 malawi fem and one Zamaldelica fem. All popped happily. Packs are from 2019 and 2020. Zamaldelica is the shorter one at the back.

Hopefully it’s a successful run. Tents been cleaned and heat treated and soils amended after a few months of rest. I’ll probably handle them the same way as the Panama bangi haze grow last winter.

I was going to pop my pack of Guawi but they’re regs and I want to fill some jars up a bit quicker. I’m going flower these seeds out after taking a couple clones. Hopefully I’ll be able to get to the Guawi soon and maybe find a male. That said it’s nice to have a bit more experience with the parent first. I’ve only grow Zamaldelica in the auto form outdoors. It had a nice soapy candy taste (Thrills gum here in Canada). Can’t wait to grow the full octane version. Hopefully i learn something for when I plant the rest of that pack out, down the road.

14 Weeks of flower completed in these photos. Beginning of week 15.

If anyone recognizes these phenos let me know. There are two plants.

One is faster flowering (15-17 weeks) with longer internodes and far less leaf material on colas, and it smells sweet like barely overripe pineapple.

The other has a longer flowering time (16-17weeks+) virtually no internode length between buds, far leafier colas and a more simple, weed-citrus scent. By weight it's yield will be massive, but much of it will be leaf material, and it will be a nightmare to trim.

Zamaldelica trimmed today after a solid 8 days of drying in 58-65% humidity around 18-21°C.
Not the biggest "bag appeal" but smells a bit of carrot and mango chutney?

Very nice yield overall. Let her run for 98 Days of flowering.
170g nice buds and loads of larf and popcorn that went into the freezer for edibles later.

Big thanks to ACE for making it possible for me to grow and experience this amazing cultivar.

Mine is doing fine - although she didn't grow tall
Send it to me and I'll happily dispose of it ;)

Mine has a rotten mango aroma with a little touch of roses. I don't think I've ever seen a purple one in this thread yet. Weather looking spectacular, with up to 20C forecasted for next week. I couldn't ask for a better finishing.

Welcome to ICMag @fgh.seeds :D glad you decided to post pics and share your Zamaldelica experience with us! Despite the problems, you got a bountiful harvest of really good looking buds :yummy: You did well waiting to 98 days of flowering in your grow for proper final maturation. Please, keep us updated with a smoke report in 2-3 months, enjoy!

Wow @Theorganicguy that Zamaldelica purple pheno is something else :D

You don’t often find phenos like that. Not related to purple Zamal mother.
I believe it comes recessively from Meao Thai, which can show such colors under cold temps.

Damn @tobedetermined  That stretchy Zamaldelica has grown like the longest Thais; she really stole the show! It’s been a while since I’ve seen such long nodes. The flower you posted recently looks good and should be easy to trim. I still fondly remember the previous indoor run of Zamaldelica you did a few years ago!

#1 One of them died. It was fine and when I got home from eating it was like limp spaghetti. Never seen anything like it .damp off or maybe an insect ate the root.
