Thanks fabsema, spugg, akirabull, early bird, OlDirtyHuman, PandyFackler, Levitationofme, Bushbandit, Borderline and all the fine growers here for sharing your Zamaldelica pics :huggg:

It's a pleasure to see this great sativa in good shape and being grown by such talented growers ;)

Wellandwitham, your Zamaldelica seems to be a Zamal/Thai pheno, it can produce very electric/psychedelic effects.

Bushbandit, on the other hand your Zamaldelica looks more New Malawi Killer dominant.

Cheers Dubi, roll on the next 8 weeks! :dance013:

Stoked, both of the plants have been a joy to grow :)

Does anyone know what pheno this one is of Zamaldelica? Its about 1 month old. About 18 inches, and still in a 2 gal pot. I will probably transplant it to a 5 gal soon. Purchased May 2015.

zam #1 almost 16 wks. today smoke test about same as last time. Up positive but not white knuckle positive spiritual insights into my own stuff. Get the idea the last hit was enough and expecting and expecting. will give it another week.

Zamaldelica girls taken at 115 days and sitting in dark room for couple days.

Have one girl left today some boiling water to roots back under the lights for day or two allowing the plant to produce what it produces as it goes thru dying process. I'm not an expert on any of this I'm here to learn as I'm not a gardener either.

What I do is my research right here on ICMAG. Try out something someone is doing that makes sense to me and try to replicate same. :tiphat:

Thanks Syd, all of these girls this run got the same feedings so I'm going to chalk up miss steriods and the 3rd zam also looks on steriods to pheno difference response to excessive uvb.

If anyone has a simpler reasoning like to see it cause in the absence of proof what's the simplist reason is probable correct.:tiphat:

beautiful plant borderliner. when i was younger i use to try these technique too ,like knife cut on the steam ,add sugar, no water for an extreme disidratation ,ecc ecc...i can't say how different is a bud with or without the most important thing is not stress a plant unnecessary . first of all most of this technique are really shocking your baby so is only for the last days and only when you know really well your phenotype. looking your baby if you don't take cuts before i will revegging them and try another run. clones are faster and easy to grow after a mother selection ,then you can compare all technique you want. is really easy understand wich one is working better in this way. i'm currently done a second run of my zamadelicas and i'm wondering about how fast easy and manageable are their clones.

akirabull thanks man. Did you get extra bud sites from cut add sugar? Read sci paper on same never tried it myself. One of the members here shared it with me they had some positive results.

My girls have been abused, used, and now dying for me.:tiphat:

thanks deepwaterdude, the smell is complex and as usual difficult to describe, remember me a thai with probably a malawi influence, mostly fruity, mix between red acid fruits and foxy grape , pungent smell wild and sweet refined like a sativa has to be, after taste is complex too and i will add to previous flavors a little bit of wood. i think is an equilibrated hybrid between thai/zamal and malawi because she has a typical thai high overpowered. also thc production seems under malawi genes influence.
borderliner i will not say that you increase that or this but when a plant is healthy and strong simply love sugar, or better say molasses. is a great tool. most beautiful thing is that there are tons of tools and there is not only one recipe but thousand.your intuition is all , can be great or bad but at the end you will find many ways to obtain what you want. for ex at this run i prepare a supersoil and i didn't add nothing ,only water with right ph and ec

akirabull, yes like molasses gives a nice taste feeding it after the flush with several watering but have done it all thru the grow. Just can't tell difference myself between the two.

Cool with the supersoil. My first grow made one from receipt here then with Sativas found member here advocating a pretty bland mix with half kitty litter to supply ca+ and then give everything the plant shows you she needs during the grow. Which only amounted to in this grow of couple shots cal/mag. But Cal/mag made of ca+ sulfate and mg+ sulfate. Reasoning is sulfur makes pepper hot and pot potent. For nutri the girls got Jack's Citrus Feed 20-10-20 again it's sulfur based.

This grow was so trouble free I'm going to repeat same conditions with next grow of malawixpanama.:tiphat:

Nice zamaldelicas everyone!

Interesting that you use kitty litter, I'm supposing it's granulated diatomaceous earth, which is silicone dioxide. I started to use gypsum, CaSO4, as an amendment, a good cheap supply of Calcium and sulphur. My biggest cheat to keeping healthy plants though is constantly adding lots of worm castings and molasses throughout the grow.

Happy growing!

PadyFackler thanks. No not DE it's "special kitty" from walmart, red bag iirc. Contains ca+ but don't have bag in front of me so don't recall exactly what's in it. Have to pick up a bag next wk.

WC used in a super soil mix. Only one place has it around here but it's available.

That's a cool topic my biggest cheat. The ec of tap h2o around here is 0.70-075 so for my grows use bottle h2o with an ec 0.1 to 0.5. Think has helped alot.:tiphat:

Hello,
New here.
I have some Zamaldelica Standard from Seedsman vegging indoors, one month in from sprout.
Each plant is very unique both in how they grow, internode spacing, and most interesting, is sensitivity to ph.
The short bushies do not mind alkaline, where the stretchies prefer acidic....kinda cool to observe/document.

Thanks Ace for providing many interesting strains!
I'll be trying Violeta, Orient Express, and Tikal(love that name).
