The ZH I had started is coming along quite nicely. Sitting at day 50 since showing sex. Going to begin the tapering off/flushing tomorrow.

Looked at the trichomes today (not hard to find on this plant) looking mostly cloudy with maybe 5-10% Amber. I guesstimate chop to be around day 60-65.

The scents from the plant are quite unique. Has a bit of a black licorice scent to it, only sweeter. More like jagermeister.

Thanks dubi and ace crew for such a unique plant. Look forward to sharing a smoke report after the chop and cure!

Zamal Hash Plant, Part Deux

Hey everyone...I harvested this beauty today at about 76 days of 12/12. Grown from seed. Vegged about 30 days. Not even the barest hint of hermies. Just a beautiful plant. It's hard for me to grasp her scent...it's all hints of something just out of reach. Maybe citrus, maybe the memory of something skunky. As I get to know it better, I will report back.

The top of the meristem was so heavy, it broke.

The buds are big, dense and beautiful

Didn't have time to take a bunch of photos. Will try to get some after they dry. Till then, enjoy!!

How would you rate the potency compared to other indica? Or 1-10 scale?

Looks to yeild well and frosty as can be. I must have missed the fact you only germed two seeds. That is impressive.

So I started flushing on day 51 8/31....I don't know if it is just the extreme root restriction, my low nitrogen regiment, or just a super quick pheno, but this girl is ready. Wish I would have started flushing a week ago! Think i will let it flush a few more days then chop. Glad I don't feed my plants heavily. I usually like to flush a little longer than this, but didn't realize it would be so quick to mature.

Can someone with experience chime in on their trichome color ratios at harvest for this plant? Maybe I should let it amber up a bit more with this strain?? Right now there are no clear trichomes left. Almost all cloudy with amber starting to push 20% or so. Only a couple white pistils left on the plant.

When I get home ill see if I can figure out how to post a couple pics on here. Keep in mind I'm a micro grower so my tiny plants are laughable compared to the monsters on this thread so far.

Zamal Hash, late planted in shaded place, trained and topped.
Starting to preflower right now, it's a gamble to finish it in this spot with such a late end flowering(expecting november) but I'll try anyway.

So here's some pics of the Zamal Hash from the final manicure before being jarred for the cure. Really pretty plant in her entirety - and in pieces.

And STRONG! As in really, really strong! Cuts through my normal cannabinoid base-line with ease - and that takes some doing. And this is pre-cure. Extremely pleasurable body rushes - feels nice to just stop and feel 'em - (for an hour or so). It's not exactly couch lock but its VERY relaxing after the initial electric surges - not at all anxiety producing as it all feel so damn good.

Scent from the jar is a deep citrus - not a high citrus like lemon. Darker and bassier. Orange. Perhaps. Also a deep underlying musk/funk. This may change as she goes through her transformation. Will keep reporting from the front. Enjoy!
