When your wife is looking in the mirror and complaining about looking older, grey hairs, some weight gain, and she start fishing for some compliments and all you can say is "your eyesight is still good" 
been around long enough & know enough nurse/friends to rely on them for minor surgeries from time to time, just had one done.......
