Does it still reflect well with plants taped to it in sort of a coliseum set-up? Yeah, I am not going to bother worrying about reflection here, but in my next situation I will. Flat white paint works good,as does a bunch of other shit, but...fuck it. I guess you didn't see that plant hanging from cardboard and tape that's maybe 18" tall on the left....then there's the tom.'s and lettuce.... more veggies on the floor. I figure I'll get a fat 8th or so off of the solo cup plant.... Thanks for stopping by!

Bhughani. I noticed that this hybrid does this little kink at the end of its branches unlike either parent. I am picturing pine cone shaped buds on the branch ends, but maybe I am thinking wrong. See the 4th picture to see what I mean.

Bhughani, sorry for the poor picture quality. These smell real cool and I think most would approve. A lot remains to be seen, but both of these pheno.'s are interesting in their own right, though I favor the shorter bushier girls scent. Having said that, "stretch", the taller girl may be totally superior, it has certainly flowered more quickly and seems to be filling in well, so we shall see.

My incompetence, what else? LOL. Possibly slight over feeding, but real slight if that's it. This strain seems to have some weirdness to the leaves inherently in flowering, but like I said, could be over feeding.

The problem is...too much stretch from this one pheno..damn monster clones are unpredictable in some cases, totally predictable in others... I don't understand why, but that's my experience. Anyway, check it out...

The last two shots are examples of monster clones that don't freak out and stretch x3+ times.

The little "ball" is possibly the best of the lot, super chunky to the point of guaranteed mold if you don't fan it real good through flower.

Bhughani and the first AK pheno. which also does the same thing every time regardless of the clone type.

The short bushy pheno. of the Bhughani is flowering slower than stretch which seems weird because the taller pheno. takes after the Bhutanese parent in profile, but is flowering fast like the Afghan parent and looks like it will chunk up more like the Afghan....

I decided to kill off the Sativa, but have a clone. The leaves were very sticky, however the buds were pretty much nonexistent after 90 days. I have other things I would like to work on, one of them being the cross I made between the Bhutanese Sativa and the Afghans chronicled here, so I had to make the cut. I do think that stock is worth growing based on the stickiness of the leaves alone and also believe my effort was lacking, so i will do the next attempt in Hempy to minimize my incompetence and see if the Bhutanese doesn't kixk ass if you treat it right. So 2 of those Bhughani seeds have cracked and been dropped into mini Hempies to root and of course I still have the one Afghan from the original batch about to finish, on top of the 2 Purple Bud plants that are about 22 or 23 days old from seed. Pics are Runt Afghani from round 1 (which may finish this week), clone of one of the other Afghans from round 1 and a couple of shots of the bigger of the Purple Bud plants. The Purple Bud leaves have the look of a Maple to me and we're at 9 blades at about 6 or 7 inter-nodes.

Edit: The Purple buds are smaller than they could be due to being on a 13 hour light cycle with photoperiod interruptions. Space limitations working against me and one of the main reasons I decided to throw in the towel on the Sativa.

Late to the show.

One thing I'm wondering about is. How far is the intensity factor on LEDs? I'm running T5s and they do Much better if kept within 2-3"s of the tips. T5 'zone' is said to be 12-18"s maximum....

Also I'm using scrog, with wire to keep the tops flat. If the plants are of differing heights I block them up so all the tops are level.

I'm a dummy on LEDs, so check my thoughts before expending too much energy. But keeping the tops even can't hurt. Just don't burn them either. Work your distance gradually, to 'harden' them off.

These are monster clones that blew up on me. I have burnt tops because the LED is within 2" of the canopy and has been less, but the 3W chips I am running allow me to get WAY closer than suggested in the manual (there is no manual...). I was worried about bleaching, but the only issue I am having is the burn and probably degraded quality on the tops due to proximity to the panel and heat.

See pics of Bhughani and the Afghans on the right. Some of these ended up being 5+' tall after being flowered at 16-18", completely unlike the mother, whereas other cuts from that same run do the same thing roughly whether monster or not. Note that the Bhughani is flowering more densely and quickly than the Afghan which is older. Gotta love those F1's! I am digging my first cross, but in fact have another that gives me wood every time I smell it's lovely stinkiness.. callin' that one PXA for now.

thanks in advance for the answer i have been searching for days for a grow with a lamp from lg since im currently in contact with them about a lamp like yours.. the "LG-G011B192LED (192*3W)" should i get it or go for helios ?

 Those are indeed tough problems to have. My condolences on the 'Monsters'.
