fuck people making less money , i want it legal worldwide.

The only way to get it legal worldwide is if the us of fucking A legalizes first.

this will create a domino effect especially in Europe where the governments lick the ass of the usa.

They are like sheep so if you guys just legalize already we will be free in about 10-15 years

i'm sick and tired of hiding the fact that i grow or like cannabis , i just want a nice legal job with cannabis

Thinking globally....

More taxes....

Legitimize...

Stop bogarting paradise....

This is my problem.

This is CALI legislation and regardless of the implications/trend it could/will set for other areas, you don't get a say if you don't live here!

I'm not going to the polls thinking about you poor stoners everywhere else, I've got my own state to worry about. You all could care less about the fucked up and broke state we live in any other time, so how come on this one piece of the pie we all have to 'stand up and do what's right' ?? We can't even get a solid proposal given to us, and they still can't figure out the clusterfuck and confusion that is MMJ.

Legalization needs to happen, yes, we all agree. Not this way though. Do what everyone else does in an MMJ state and go lie to your doctor about back pain or that your wife bitches at you too much etc. and then you can 'walk side by side with a cop with 28 grams zomg coolz'. Fuck that cop and fuck the dude who wants to walk side by side with him. Also fuck anyone who is dumb enough to believe/trust that prop 19 will help anyone besides the greedy interests that are pushing for it so hard.

YESSSSS ON PROP 19

Money the root to all evil

I know off Dealers, that think just alike they dont support the cannabis movment at all the only thing they support is the own greedy pocket.

BOM SHIVA

Taking a look at the mass amounts of cannabis clubs (most extremely shady btw) in my area, the way they aren't regulated, the way they screw and rip off growers and patients alike... buying top shelf for low selling for high. Buying shit for low and selling for high. Pests, molds, mildews on your clones or buds. Mislabeled strains causing statewide confusion. Snobby little tattooed shitheads in a lab coat trying to tell you some shit that you know is complete shit. These clubs look like a fucking condemned crackhouse from the outside, and they don't operate too differently inside.

Sure, some clubs are top notch - but for each of those, there are 15-20 shitty little holes in the wall just trying to scam you.

Also, do you think the Cartels aren't sitting there making a pretty penny off all of this?

Wake up people, this is not what we wanted before prop 215, what is going to happen if we get 19? Is THIS the cannabis movement you speak of?

Until the CA govt wakes up and gives us a reasonable proposal on how to regulate, I'll be voting no. And, FYI - I'm a grower and not a dealer. My grow is hardly enough to cover my head half the time.

I don't cut off heads...and I am far from a kid!! lol
But may I ask, what do you think is wrong with this Prop...that is not outweighed by the good?? Keeping in mind, it is purposely setting everything at Rock Bottom...to be allowed to increase all limits by Amendment-- That is the only way it will pass the Public Vote..."Unlimited growing and possession, smoking with minors..." will NOT get the votes needed to pass this--
I am trying to stay out of this now that it is so close...but I am just curious, since I don't remember reading your specific reasons...if I missed it, sorry...you can simply repost--:tiphat:

And I still say VOTE YES on Prop 19.

For 30 years I have waited to even be able to cast a vote on this issue. The big one this does, is removes the penalty for whatever poundage you have sitting in your closet-- Many o' Prison Terms still being handed out for that-- Not to mention Concentrates-- Get caught with an oz of Hash right now, and see what happens--

This is everything to me, personally. Concentrates and storage of harvests past. Huge step to recognizing what we do; our culture if you will.

So instead of the police arresting people for cannabis, they'll be arresting real criminals like child molesters, if Prop 19 is passed?

Can you provide a link that says that all local governments in California and the state government would give potential cannabis tax revenues to law enforcement and not to education?

This ones for Slangheat....

You can help legalize marijuana, claims Prop 19 advocates

Wherever you live in the US -- whether you’re in California or Ohio or Florida or some other state – you have the opportunity over the next week to help make marijuana history, says Steve Fox of the Marijuana Policy Project.

From the comfort of your home, you can make calls to voters in four states where marijuana-related initiatives are pending on the November 2 ballot, marijuana advocates claim.

The Just Say Now campaign has set up a simple to use online phone-banking tool. The site even has a short video that explains the easy-to-use system, said the Marijuana Policy Project in their latest email campaign to garner support for their agenda.

MPP believes that the greatest harm associated with marijuana is prison, and they are focused on removing criminal penalties for marijuana use, with a particular emphasis on making marijuana medically available to seriously ill people who have the approval of their doctors. They say your help is seriously needed because all four elections are expected to be close. Once you visit the phone-banking site, you can choose whichever state you want to help win.

They are asking for supportive individuals and organizations to advocate on behalf of marijuana policy reform by calling each state with a initiative on the ballot for the November elections and have made this easier to accomplish by providing a tutorial and phone-bank system to provide quicker to the each states representatives.

States with Marijuana laws being voted on in the November elections include: Arizona – Proposition 203 would make medical marijuana legal in the state and would establish approximately 120 dispensaries in the state so patients will have safe and reliable access to their medicine.

California – Proposition 19 would make the possession of marijuana legal for all adults in the state. It would allow cities and counties to establish their own regulations for the cultivation and distribution of marijuana. (For our female supporters, there is a special phone-banking page designed for women to call other women in California.)

Oregon – Measure 74 would establish medical marijuana dispensaries in a state where medical marijuana is legal, but patients do not have safe and reliable access to their medicine. This election is entirely by mail, so you would just need to encourage supporters to fill-in and mail their ballots.

South Dakota – Measure 13 would make the medical use of marijuana legal in the state and would allow patients or their caregivers to cultivate a limited amount of marijuana for medical use.

A similar initiative in 2006 received 48 percent of the vote, so just a few calls could help push Measure 13 over the top.

Fox, the Director of Government Relations for the Marijuana Policy Project, hopes that voters will take advantage of this opportunity to utilize the phone-banking system and share their opinions on these issues that are effecting medical marijuana users and marijuana policy reform throughout the country.

"The tide is turning in this country," said Fox. "We are winning the war against those who want to keep marijuana illegal, but we have a true battle on our hands over the next less then a dozen days."

These same phone-bank system links and websites can also be used to voice your opposition to any or all marijuana related initiatives.

So very few people are sent to Jail for cannabis here in CA. Sure, we aren't able to walk down the main boulevard blazing our heads off - but short of the idiots who - in all honesty ask for it most of the time - many people don't go to jail.

My point was that it isn't hard to see how much of a failure that the regulation of medicinal cannabis has been, to pile on legalization for 'recreational' use just opens up a whole other can of worms.

You want my view of how it would be legalized in a perfect world? That's just a waste of time for both of us because in my perfect scenario grass is just grass and nobody has to profit off of it. But I forgot, I'm the greedy californian with a 1khps that has life better than everybody else.

I'm pretty much speechless...

Your right. I don't really give a fuck about The Government of California nor do I give a fuck about self centered retards like you.

I do apologize for the whole 'fuck whoever believes yada yada' comment - but aside from that I don't really see where I was out of line.

I don't care or have compassion for people in need? I'm a greedy fuck? Okay...

I've already stated that I grow and do not sell. I do not fear losing any sort of income if prop 19 passes. In facts, I can definitely see the benefits of the proposition - it's just too soon and I don't trust it. You want my reason you look at anything the CA govt tries to regulate or do correctly and there ya go.

As for the comment about you non-CA residents I still stand by it. You do not have to live here on a day to day basis, pay what we pay in taxes, fines, electricity, etc. It's real fun paying the man a few hundred bucks because you forgot to put on your seatbelt, your talking on your cell phone, or w/e reason. This state is broke, and don't tell me the revenue from prop 19 is going to fix anything because the biggest reason we are fucked in the first place is because of greed and stupidity. I have many reasons for not trusting this prop but tbh its late I've had a long day and I can't even put a solid though together.

I've informed myself as much as possible. I've left the subject alone and revisited it many times and my gut feeling on it has not changed. This is an internet soapbox, if I'm not thorough enough for you, don't waste your time reading these words. In the end all my opinion is good for is a single vote. I just wish this wasn't a situation where I feel we're damned either way.

If one were to use common sense...they would realize that it is unknown where any tax money would end up because there are no regulations yet...it's a guessing game. Now your angle implies that somehow the police will be in control of any and all tax money. I feel that lacks any common sense...just a bunch of fear mongering bullshit.
