Though the customs boarder exists between the island and the UK mainland, is the UK actually bothered about mail from the UK mainland, heading to Northern Ireland. Which is from the UK, to the UK, basically. A country where seeds are legal.

Or do you not have a friend in the north, or a PO box option, anyway?
Isn’t there an Irish seed distributor? I thought I had seen one advertised somewhere. CL🍀

You can still be tracked and raided with PO Box.

I said it was a hit and miss, I reside in the south not the north. (We are not governed by the uk) I've lost seeds in the past from three seedbanks through customs. I know several people who suffered the same fate. I have also had lots of success from several other banks notably the ones mentioned and from several European breeders.

It's legal in the north. The North is UK, but the south EU. Seeds have always been legal in the UK.
I wouldn't use the actual PO, but instead a party offering mailboxes. Often they set up in a prestigious area or building, to let you use a fancy address as cover. Many multinationals do this, to make it look like they have offices in many cities. While gypsies use them, to look like major contractors, when quoting for your drive. Anyone working from home, could want a better looking address, or one nearer their clients, or just not to use their own private address on billboards. Or you could be shipping Bolivian, it does happen.

This means someone from the republic can set up an address in the north, to openly receive stock for their seedbank business. One involving redistribution from a friends garage in the north. An address you don't want to use for returns, or banking, as it's a private domestic rental. Even the local self storage will sign for letters and put them in my box for me. Students use this for the months they go home. I had a couple of crates from China arrive, and they put them in my 24h access unit for me.

The real issue, is that some of the republic is 3 hours from the north. It might not be practical. I found myself doing yearly buys, because it was 2 hours away, and that was to a shop. Which might be the better point raised here. There must be a shop.

Good experiences:

Karmagenetics - various strains, dont remember all of them, happybrother and melon crosses were always very hot
Truecannagenetics - always found dank stuff and very generous Freebies
Khalifa genetics - outstanding stuff (very! Uniform and stable genetics) to find and they have like the best customer care i experienced
Devils harvest- Rollex OG only strain but i loved everything about this plant's product.
Medical seeds - only grew y-griega but she is one of a kind

Since i mostly relied on local cuttings for reasons in the past, some others could be mentioned but i dont have experiences with their seeds, so i wont do so.

Bad experiences:

No namedropping, but those are mostly "big" Players on the market, especially the ones with the Most "fancy" marketing.

Mediocre stuff dominates. Wont be dropping names on this one as well, sorry.

Have a good one!

Even using those fancy addresses you can still get raided, they will raid the fancy address and force them to give your real address so it is no protection just the same as a PO box.

Bought some Freakshow seeds from 7eastgenetics, the first lot they sent went missing in the post so they resent the order and that arrived, haven't germinated any yet, got some freebies too.

The only issue I've had is sometimes it seems difficult getting in touch to place an order. Other than that they are good to deal with. I have ordered from them many times over the years. At the same time they have put up with my old age and getting mixed up in placing my order. They deserve credit for that.
I see no reason why I wouldn't order through the GTA seedbank again.
I've only ordered once, but because I'm new to this hobby I have no experience elsewhere, save for a couple of seedbanks located on the west coast. I'm skeptical to name them because I don't wanna give them publicity. But perhaps I should so people know not to order from them.

One of em already has probably the most disastrous reviews I've ever seen a seedbank receive lmao.

I tried Mandala, Mr. Nice and Barneys in the past and found Mandala outstanding.
Testing Sensi Seeds. Dutch Passion, Ace, Arbold, Outdoorking Seeds, World of Seeds and another Mandala right now wirh some friends.
I have been buying seed since over 20 years now, and have tried many seed banks. I used to like Ace when they shipped to Canada, also Real seed co/Kwik, Lucky 13, and Hemp Depot. But the one I like best now is Mandala. Their operation is run professionally, and the seed is always fresh.
Most recently, I was super surprised at the quality of their speed queen. I ordered and grew it out expecting a mediocre indica, but I was surprised at the potency, quality of the high, and growth characteristics of the plants! As a matter of fact , this is the one I reach for, despite having more than 30 other strains in the freezer to choose from, some of them very expensive, but not as good as this speed queen! Also, Mandala's shipping and customer service is second to none!
I have no affiliation with Mandala, just a happy customer!

Mandala Seeds is awesome....
Love their plants...
They are so underrated..
I have an order for Speed Queen arriving this week.
I grew their Hashberry about 15 years ago... Very vigorous - like all of their strains.
I just wanted to chime in and say that I agree with everything you wrote.
Phenomenal genetics and awesome prices...

I’ve haven’t ordered a ton, but here is my experience so far:

1. North Atlantic seed co - easy reliable
2. GLG - great breeder stocks and reliable, but you have to send cash in.
3. CSI - have to send cash in as well. Holy moly the freebies though! I spent $200 on my order and received over $1000 in free seeds (if I would have ordered them separately). Haven’t grown any yet, but if they are good I probably won’t be looking anywhere else in the near future.
4. Oldschoolchronic- was a little worried. No problem and a nice freebies. Starting to grow it out, seems like great stuff.
same here CSI sent me the same - the whole Chem line 10 packs of seeds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! still can't believe it have used dam near all mentioned. here are some that haven't been mentioned " Attitude Seed Bank" "Get Seeds Right Here" "Weed Guardian Family Tree" " Swami Seeds" "Old School Genetics" "The Real Seed Company" "Irie Genetics" (Jeff owner/breeder) Happy Hunting !!! James Loud genetics also and he just came out with a new book on Breeding - 5 Star rating for auto's "Speedrun" their Citrus bubblegum Auto (1lb in a 15 gallon - 7oz's in a 5 gallon and "Proton Genetics" are good also to name a few (AutoFlower Network.org) One more "D.C. Seed Exchange.com" (paul the owner) "Grow More Fire Genetics" amd "Aficionado Seeds.com" these last 2 are very expensive $200.00 + per pack

This is a safe place, let the people know so we'll stay away from those places.

Bootleg seeds buy one pack get one pack seeds all year long. 10.00 for 10 seeds of reg or 5 seeds for 25 of fems
On top of all the freebies they let you pick your free seeds or you can let them pick. Twice they upgraded me to fems on a pack or two but not everytime. They gave grape ape and purple urlke and a bunch of other skunky crosses. I grew one pack of the fems. Very potent very sticky and large buds. It was the biggest plant I ever saw st three weeks. At least for me. Those are the ones I harvested in Early may like around the 10 or so. Those pics were from end of march I think

I didn‘t find a better description for growing than on their website and I easily grew very nice plants. So many people stated, that their plants are very pleasant without side effects and thats why I will focus on their strains again.
Tried a test bud from a strain from another seedbank yesterday and had a headache and was very tired this morning.

Most recently, I was super surprised at the quality of their speed queen. I ordered and grew it out expecting a mediocre indica, but I was surprised at the potency, quality of the high, and growth characteristics of the plants! I definitely will test it.

Was in contact with them too and the overall experience is very good.

Mandala Seeds is awesome....
Love their plants...
They are so under rated..
I am wondering, why it is so. Bit maybe others make so much noise, that they are not heard in the crowd.
I have an order for Speed Queen arriving this week.
I would love to see a grow and smoke report here 😃

The one place I'm sure many know about - crap king seeds. I think it goes without saying, if anyone unironically suggests them to you it should be safe to disregard most or all of their advice.

And the other was BC bud depot. I almost never got my order, I had to pester them almost three weeks later after not receiving anything in the mail box. They finally shipped it, the following week.

The seeds I got from bcbd weren't the best; they were expensive, and they lied about what the plant smelled like in flower. They didn't give me any freebies either, they sent me a paper with a code for free seeds on my next order.

I ordered from these two places because they were located on BC Canada, and I thought that perhaps they might've carried seeds/strains of weed that were grown by those legendary BC farmers back in the day. Apparently not. My ignorance cost me a few hundred.

Upon further research into these shit companies, they are apparently all owned by the same conglomerate located in Vancouver. I will never purchase another seed that has any name association with Vancouver or BC ever again. Buyer beware.

Sensible Seeds. They carry product from hundreds of different vendors, have fast shipping, lot's of freebies, and excellent customer support.

I like freebies, I normally order a second time if a seedbank adds freebies to my order.

Especially if you pay over a hundred bucks, I expect for them to at least throw me a bone.

Thank you for sharing homie.

Do you order from any American seedbanks or is shipping too crazy?

Ordered directly from "Flyin' Lion Research"

He's known for breeding "Hash Cultivars", that Blanka and Tajin are next in queue.

Ordered Tajin, Blanka and Lava Fruit he sent me 2 packs as freebies. Awesome value.

Thanks Sean.
