What strain(s) did you grow on your first grow

Very first strains I ran were Flo and Cherry Kush obtained from a dispensary in the peninsula.

Just had a batch of cherry kush. Stuff is awesome! Sticky as a mofo. Wish it had a seed too

Considering what a complete noob I was, I was well pleased to get 3 females out of 5 seeds. The buds were extremely resinous and the smoke a lovely stone.

I grew a bag of mixed seeds/hybrids made up by the Bros Grimm from Heavens Stairway. On the advice of Mr Soul, who told me to learn on the cheap but good mixes. I think I got 2 or 3 very different kinds of girls. Only cost $25 for 10 beans.

Bagseed...probably a skunk cross( for sure a nirvana f2 from a friend).Wasn't really potent but had a great mold resistance and a nice fruity taste.

first test grow was bagseeds, did quite well actually, but first real grow was a breed called afghani shark. still holds a place in my heart. cant smell a skunk without thinking of it. one pheno stunk so bad that it was impossible to clean without crying like you were cutting onions!made skunks smell sweet to me!lol

The random skunk cross was awesome (as was Hashberry). I wish I'd know what it was...

bagseed,until I met a roadie for Too Short in Oakland in 88/89...he sold me 40 beercups of hindu kush clones....vegged and flowered under a 1000 watt parabolic...turned out highly potent and dense....Berkeley Indoor was all we had,and they we're great.that place was magical back in the day....sorry,running a little off topic--some great redwood kush got me...thanx for the quick trip back in time...

i was 14 years old found some seeds in some shit thai weed germinated 3 seeds in paper towels in the airing cupboard... planted all 3 seeds in one big plastic pot and fed them tomato food when i remembered to water them... me and my mums still joke and she tells me how she used to try and poison it with cough mixture and finally when it was 8ft tall round the celling in my bedroom she poured bleach in it... 5 years later i grew KC Brains KC36 got 12 zips from 2 x 400w modified street lamps... that was many many moons ago...

My first grow, apart from some bagseed that never made it to maturity, was Nirvana's Top44. That's a bud of it there from years back.
Ordered online and grew it in a paddock near my house. Ended up with 3 baseball-bat cola females and some great smoke. Nirvana doesn't offer this strain anymore, but it was Skunk x Viking. Aah, memories.
