What strain(s) did you grow on your first grow

a seed from a bag of shake i picked up when weed was scarce (for me anyways). knew jack about growing, threw it in a pot late in the year, put her in my apartment window and ignored her. she ended up getting about 4 feet tall, in retrospect she looked like she had a good dose of sativa in her. came home one day and the place stunk to high heaven. tore it down and threw it in a green trash bag to throw out, then ended up keeping the bag, reaching in it and smoking it from time to time. i actually caught a buzz off it. the good ol' green garbage bag cure

My first grow ever was an unknown bagseed from buds that i was getting for $200 an oz and it was straight fire. I didn't know much about growing so long story short, I only got an oz for yield but I was super satisfied with it since it was the only seed I had tossed and just barely even covered in dirt and watered (not nearly enough) along with many more mistakes made along the way and several failed attempts after that one (again long story). That was until later on I got my hands on REAL tried and true genetics. Once I had good genetics from a real seedbank the first strains were Super Silver Haze, Hawaiian Snow, Super Lemon Haze, and Satori. All could've been grown better in retrospect, but still turned out very good and very potent.

I grew a sativa.. Kali Mist.. and at 2 months into flower I was kicking myself for not growing an indica first just to have some smoke sooner.

Didn't regret it after harvest tho!

My first grow was with bagseed from some Thai Stick that was always going around back in the day, it was the compressed stuff, nasty but hit hard Oh and I ended up with all males, I had 'em under something like 60w of shop lights lol, they grew to near 6ft. Next grow was with dutch genetics. Hooked ever since.

my frist attempt i was 15 and on the makret i baught ''hollands hope'' for 10 quid,
planted in 30l pots and put in garden, tbh i cant remeber them being small only big,

now i didnt feed em or anything and i spent all year playing with them and watering them lol

some one said if ya see balls remove them, so i spent days removing balls after balls didnt question the fact there want any buds yet didnt cross my mind,

in the end i cant remeber what happened to them but now i knwo they was males ofc lol,

then blakc labels white widdow in a towel cubbard with a 400w hps and 35degree heat lol

Mandala's Satori. Researched a ton of different strains, and it was the most reasonably priced strain with the characteristics I was looking for. I felt really uncomfortable stuffing cash in an envelope and sending it overseas, but I got my seeds without any problems. Planted four seeds, got two females, and had a successful harvest

My first grow was Nirvana Northern Lights back in the ***** days. I did a ton of reading and learning before starting so my first grow was a huge success.

Gainesville Green bagseed (I was living there at the time) grown in a half closet over the stairs of my townhouse apartment. I used two 24" 40W flourescent lights and although the plants were skinny as hell, that shit still got us high.

Bagseed of unknown origin. I grew it in a purpose-built closet after doing a lot of reading and planning; it all went like clockwork. Under 250 veg/400 flower, I wound up with nice bushy plants and fat colas. The buddage had a nice red hue, and produced sweet oily smoke with a mellow stone.

It was just as good as any bought seeds I've grown out. Next batch will be some low-cost Seedbay "Mystery Mix"...I love mysteries!

i got pics of it hang drying n all by itself... but the new puppy ate the cord to my camera... and i cant figure out how to move them to the memory card with just the buttons on the camera... so when i get that figured out i will update to include pics... all the other plants in the room are randoms... the TW got me all kinds of other good stuff in trade though... now my whole room is as good or better than TW.
