Ill put my ribs in a slow cooker, and then finish em on the grill, while basting on some sauce.

If you do not have a slow cooker 3 hours or so in an oven, and then the grill.

I ate a incredible meal last night.

Mussels in a garlic marinara
Pate
Veal Ossubucco
Filet with Foie Gras and Demi

loookin good errrrbudy..

hey coon hunter.. fill me in on how you prepare them ribs.. past couple times mine just aint came out right.. even boiled'm first for bout 5 mins. still not as tender as i remember them being back in the day

LOL
You might not believe this but these were the first ribs I ever made.
My wife said to boil them in salt water and I didn't know for how long, and being the man I am I couldn't call her back and ask for directions. I googled "How long to boil ribs" and I found most sites recommend 30-45mins.
Then I turned 3 of the 4 burners on the lowest setting and coated one side and slapped them on the grill and then coated the other side, repeat until the look yummy.
They were MMM MMM good.

This is a tasty little Munchie snack when your smoked out and too lazy to whip up a Gordon Ramsay style dish that involves cooking for 30 mins..Here goes : PS Dont knock it till you try it,, Any stoner can whip this up

Cooking time 5/7 mins.. Lovely Job

Ingredients

Brown Bread sliced not the loaf style : The real Brown Bread.
Cheddar Cheese Sliced to whatever size suits you.

Grill the Brown Bread untill toasted both sides (while grilling stick some papers for your next spliff and grind some Bud)

Slice some Cheddar Cheese enough to layer all the toasted Brown Bread

When Bread is toasted to a desired level place the Cheese on the bread and back in under the grill to slightly melt (45 sec)

Here comes the Magic Ingredient Folk's

Marmalade : Oh Yeah Take out your Toasted Brown Bread with Melted Cheese And switch off the Grill
and spread a layer of Mamalade over that baby.

Serve with a Cup Of Tea and Munch it up..

A beautiful Snack , 5 Mins to prepare , cooking skills well none required..

Enjoy..Make sure and try it , its bloody lovely

In fact I gonna Make one now...

Three Nathan's (genuine Coney Island) Famous Hot Dogs,
every time I go to NY I bring these bad boys home with me, this
is not the Nathans Hot Dog you'd find in the local grocery store, these
come in 5# packages (restaurant pack) and I was lucky to get
them this time as I was told that they no longer sell the 5# packs to
the public anymore, they sold me three of the 5# pounders.......

Grilled to well done just like it's done on Coney Island
