Yup, cooking isn't hard, what's hard is making your own original things. Well...it's not hard so much as it is hard for me to remember what exactly I did... lol

I actually did a full-blown DIY thread in another forum I frequent, if only I could make the ravioli's like P&S.......

Cooking really isn't hard. Try allrecipesdotcom.

Don't sell yourself short, there is something to be said for a good Cheeseburger or omelet...or...Take the cheeseburger and put a over easy egg on it! ahhhhhh

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to check out that site!
And while I love my cheeseburgers (and I've recently been putting over easy eggs on them, inspired from another thread in the Mansion) and omlets, I want to expand my cooking ability!
Now, on my way downstairs to figure out dinner... hmm..... cheeseburger or omlet.... :smoke:

Finally made the leap, and bought a new grill!

Should have a good amount of pictures going up soon. Doing some Burgers and Brats tonight!

I might pan fry some soft shell crab to...

i buy them from the local co-op where they are made, and they are sooooooo good

Nice......coincidentally, I used Italian sausage in that gravy I made above. I also use beef,chicken and or pepperoni at times.

I'm busy making some of these right now,

I use Ambassador Smokies because a higher
quality pup makes all the difference, Pillsbury
Crescent 'Big & Flaky' biscuits cut into skinny
3-4" long triangles, rolled and baked @ 350F for
about 18-20 minutes.......

Hello all,

Again. I spaced off taking a picture...I will have to put the camera in the kitchen..Doh!

I made for my family tonight:

Grilled tri-tip
brown sugar glazed sweet potatos
Fresh asparagus and mushroom (wish I used shiitake) stirred fried and then glazed with a chicken cream sauce.
Cottage cheese
Sour dough bread


Was tasty.

I will try and take more photos and post.
