sadly he has become a victim of the speakers corrner. he was not able to control himself and would spam the forum with so many threads the whole first page would be his new threads. he would immediatly attack any mod that tried to intervene as being leftist who was censoring him. after a few warnning bans and attempts to limit his ability to create new threads, he finally pushed a mod too far. he didnt appareciate the freedome of speech here and accused all the mods of being all kinds of authoritarian cencoring leftists. while we actually allowed him to post everything from radical right wing stuff to anything else he wanted to. so yeah i can understand a mod finally saying screw this.

basically don't insult other members and you won't get banned.

Remember when this was a pot forum and folks weren’t credited or banned for their political views and actually helped each other grow. That all went to shit.

No but that is the average age of death for a COVID victim in the USA..
So I’m just speaking in generalizations that 83 year old are generally not still vital to the job market/economy.
Care to comment on the damage to PEOPLe that these lockdowns are causing or is ur head so far in the sand u haven’t even thought about it?

Fwiw, i’ve read multiple news stories where authorities are going after maskless people for intentionally breathing or coughing on others, and the charges mentioned in the stories was assault.

Yes, i pulled the 99% figure out of my ass. I suppose i should have said “virtually every” instead of using a number, but i figured i would low ball the number and went with 99%. Im pretty sure it is higher than 99%.

I thought it was clear that i was speaking in general terms as opposed to making a specific claim. As such, i didn’t believe it was necessary to to find a source. I also clearly stated in that follow up post what i had done and why.

If you’d like, i can pull up plenty of your posts where you make false claims. I am sure you will say that you were TRYING to be sarcastic or funny, or trying to make a point, but i could just say naaaah, you have no credibility.

Speaking of which, can you provide a source for your repetitive talking point that the average age of death for a COVID victim in the USA is 83 years old.
I looked and couldn’t find it, but then again, i am not the best googler.

You won't find one either. Simple math says that to have the avg death rate at 83, you would need a shit ton of people 90 and above. e.g a 50 and an 80 yr old die. The avg age of deaths become 65 yrs old. Now throw a 30 yr old in the mix. Avg becomes 53. For the skeptics, granny died @ 100, the avg is now 65. Ooops, just heard a 40 yr old died in Texas the avg is now 60. See were I am going with this.

Mind you folks lost all kinds of common sense (long ago), they can't even think straight.

Considering the average life span in the US is 78 and change, i was thinking the same thing.

the only thing is, he wasn't banned for his political views. he was banned for insulting any mod that deleted or binned any of his insults. its the behavior, not the political opinion that got him. its an important distinction in my opinion.

the biggest estimate i've seen of lockdown contributed deaths is 20k... emphasis on "biggest" and "estimate".

that is a grain of sand compared to how many would die, in all age groups, of covid if we didnt do the lockdowns.

you act like it's 90% 83 year olds, when in reality tens of thousands are dead in each age bracket, depending on how it is sliced.

and just because many 83 year olds are retired doesnt mean they all are, and even if they were, and even if it was only ages 70+ dying.. the cost on healthcare systems and society in general would still be devastating.

some estimates point to tens of millions more dying if no lockdowns... so you'd have even more ppl dead, and the economy would still be fucked.
