Russian Defense announced on August 31 that the operation aimed at destroying Ukrainian units was continuing. And to announce that kyiv had lost 400 soldiers and 18 armored vehicles in the Kursk region in 24 hours, bringing their total losses in this incursion to 8,200 men and 521 armored combat vehicles.
