I hope they do germ, and you get a male so you can seed a female, you have to keep that 70's strain going in the 2000's. I remember 70's era skunk, dude....what a killer ass smoke it was.

Alright this will be fun. I've missed those skunky greens. Still had them around in the 80's when I got into smoking. You can sprout 'Em Sin!

WoW, so many people. Sin, is getting all this killer Karma. Well to finish up on these seeds. The only others stuff that "might" be in the bag these seeds where stored in. Was a few seeds of the Old School Chocolate Thai. I didn't want to bring this up, because of the chance being so small. I think about maybe 10-15 where found in two bags. Those where the only others seeds beside the skunk in the storage. The buds of the Skunks were nice and thight with very lite red hairs. The smoke was the old skunk, non of that new sweet tasting stuff. I'm thinking Afghan with maybe some type of Sativa in there. Everything that my uncle told me was either forced into the Gulf of mexico into Texas or dropped off the coast of the Florida Keys. I'm guessing from Columbia,Panama, or some where's down that way. Well, I'm hoping only for the best and think these seeds should do very well onced popped.
Good Luck and take care

Well they are in the paper towels and between two plates.
But I have to go out of town for the weekend and will take em with me, to watch over.
Thanks for the seed history Billy. I just hope to get them germ'd and growing.

Fingers Crossed everyone.

I dont know what you should do but I'll be praying.

seriously, I hope these guys make it. I'm too young to have ever seen, smoked or even smelled these plants before and it will be a miraculous adventure seeing them grow. gl -vodka-

I just scuffed them up with sandpaper and dropped in warm water
they all sank.
Keep them in there a day or so.

A little heat can dramatically help at some times with old seeds. I usually germ seeds at approx. 85-88 degrees F. Try putting the seeds on a heat pad, the Sunbeam brand from Walmart available in the pharmacy area works great and is about $15. I have germed 10+ year skunk1 with this method, it is quite different from 25 years, but older than most people get seeds to pop. Hope all goes well.

 Hey Sin - gonna be keeping an eye on this one - patience. Some of the old hippie beans will sink and not show sprout for two days or so. I put those old beans over my 18w floro in the top of my cloner cab for heat. About 85 degrees. I just got about 20 to pop that my son found stashed while cleaning out his garage. :pointlaug
