Time for another quick update. Looks like she's stretching some!

I would recommend looking up some different light schedules for the sativa stretch I know some growers have had good luck with changing the lighting schedules.

Other than the height requirements she is looking damn fine for florescents!

Thanks BT. I'll look that up. I'm also gonna try Bonide Tomato and Blossom set spray to hopefully slow upward growth. I planned on using chlormequat chloride, but didn't get it ordered in time.

I have a friend that got some sort of unnamed chemical from a greenhouse operator that when applied topically it promotes horizontal growth, would be interesting to know the name of it.

Are you worried about the plant touching the bulbs? do you have a bulb guard?

No bulb guards in place. Trying to train/prune to avoid burned leaves, but haven't been entirely successful. Here are a couple of updated pics.
