Very disappointed!

I have vivosun equipment and the app, I have used this for 2 years. Sometime this past week vivosun decided to change the app without any warning and now is a sales app. All of my logs, including the grow I'm currently doing, are gone! No information at all!
This is very upsetting as I now have lost all info and have no reference, no records , nothing!

Thanks for the post, friend, I think there's a lesson to learn here.

That is not at all professional.
Perhaps your device? can roll back the app to the old version, and find the files again.

Are they no longer supporting logging. It seems like a strange move.

Sales app? Do you mean it's full of adverts. If it's just a shop front, then perhaps your old app is in that folder somewhere. Or this shop app, had the name of the old one, so wrote over it. That might mean you can still roll back. Depending on your own device running these apps

Ok, so at some point after I made the original post there now is a section for logging grows, however my old grow weren't uploaded to the new app.
"Sales app", yes it is a store front, so I think I am going to be spending some time this morning trying to find out if my old logs are still there! Wish me luck!

Good Luck Bud.
Sorry to hear your brand has turned into an add-fest. We generally pay so as not to see adds. Not pay, then get them. Such a move might actually be as big a disaster for them, as you.
Let us know how you go on. Hopefully it's just not as streamlined as it used to be, but is still all there.
